TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Went in to do daily banking. The manager at that branch name Ashley is so rude to her employees. She tries to degrade them infront of clients which is stupid. I have seen this twice on my visit. I dont think she deserves to be the manager. Also she is so incompetent to handle clients herself. I would not return to see her it boils my blood to see someone in authority treating others bad.

They keep closing branches and the line ups keep getting longer. Good work TD!

Terrible service. Transfer money? Nope. They can't help you. In have been a long term customer and there is ZERO personalized service. I have no help even from the branch manager. I am apoplectic at the level of disregard and carelessness.

It’s a shame that there is no zero stars. In that sense, I’m overrating with 1 this branch. Few months back, I moved one of my investment accounts and they took almost 8 months to complete the transaction. I lost growth opportunity and they ended up giving my $500 compensation. Trust me, I lost more than that. One week ago I booked an appointment for my son to open his first student bank account. The issue is that the day my son had the appointment, he went all the way there and when he showed up, they cancelled his appointment. I don’t understand, why they didn’t at least call me to let me know that the advisor did go to work? #lackingcustomerserviceskillsinTD

2 months back,we opened a new account for my wife. Asked about the offer they were giving. All the info our TD rep at 85st told us to do was wrong. We had to talk to another TD branch to ask them why we haven’t received the $350 gift card. They do not know anything about the credit cards or any promotions. Staff are not trained well to answer questions. This place is just day to day banking nothing more. Even getting a loan they do not know anything about mortgages. Had to explain to the rep everything. This branch needs a new GM and staff

Useless branch. No tellers there and trying to open a silly saving account (add on to my checking) apparently takes a long time. No thanks!*Edit. Contacted Atb financial and they are able to set my savings account over the phone using Docusign. Get updated with technology td. There’s no reason I should waste my time in the bank for petty needs. Yikes!

Although a little bit far from home, it was worth to go! Very convenient location, spacious, clean, and quite TD Branch with amiable, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! Joanne patiently explained and answered the questions that I had! Very helpful and much appreciated! Definitely will come back and highly recommended for everyone nearby coming here for your banking!

I had the pleasure of sitting with Leila from this branch to open my accounts as well as transfer accounts. This branch is beautiful, everyone is friendly and there are no line ups. I strongly suggest visiting this branch for a great banking experience.
