Mid-Toronto Mitsubishi
Recently purchased a car there, overall experience went smooth, I was surprised that the general manger never came to talk to me, most dealerships usually do that. They did forget to put the floor mats, but then they called and corrected it. I took it for an oil change and tire rotation, cost me $130+, and they didn't even bother to inflate the tire although I asked them to do it since they are rotating the tires and it's costing me so much. They did wash the car while they had it, but it was very basic minimum. I like Mitsubishi but the service I've received is not inspiring me to go there again.

Usually I don’t write reviews, but my experience with this particular dealership was so horrible, that I had to share. I bought a used 2016 Optima from this dealership last week. They told me the car just came in and it hasn’t even passed the safety inspection. Since I liked the car so much I put down the deposit contingent it passes the inspection and they do detailing on the car interiors since it was so dirty. Since I like 200km from the dealership and it’s a 6 hour round trip for me to pick this car up, I told them I will come next week which will give them enough time to do all certifications and detailing.Over the week I called this dealership at least 5 times to make sure that car has passed the safety inspection and it will be ready for me to pick up in 5 days. I was told on the phone multiple times that the car is ready to be picked up. So I take the 3 hour commute on Saturday morning to pick up the car. When I get there, I was horrified to see a huge scratch (looked like it was made with a key) that covered the hood and there were bread crumbs all over the car seats. When I asked Louis my salesman why there is a huge scratch on the car now and they didn’t clean the car interiors when on the phone I specifically reminded them many times to have the car all ready for me since it’s a 6 hour commute for me. His first response was that I’m buying a “Used car”. Then he showed me the contract and asked me to show him where it says they will clean the car on pick up. At that point I was very frustrated with him, not only did he not apologize once for his mistake he started yelling at me. He told me I don’t have to buy this car but refused to give my deposit back and not only that, he asked me to pay for the safety inspection for the car.At this point my frustration level was through the roof, and I asked to speak to his manager. At first he lied to me and told me that he is the manager and there is no one else I can talk to this about. To which I demanded in that case I would like to speak to the owner of the dealership. The second I said that Louis Lu calmed down, he stopped yelling at me and tried to tell me that unfortunately its Saturday and he doesn’t have anyone in the shop that can clean the car and remove the huge scratch and told me to come back Monday and he will have it ready. I told him I would like to speak to the owner, and suddenly he gets up and magically the dealership Manager Nick appears. Nick was more reasonable and called a third party detailing company to get the scratch fixed and car detailed. After 6 hours of waiting my car was finally ready to be picked up!This by far was one of the worst customer service experience of my life. I was so relieved to leave the dealership and it’s safe to say I will never return back and will never recommend Mid- Toronto Mitsubishi to anyone. Please avoid this dealership at all cost.I will be filing a formal complaint with OMVIC about this dealership.

I purchased my Lancer back in 2011 and still enjoy it to this day. Since day one I have been going to Mid Toronto Mitsubishi for service and have had my expectations exceeded every time. Not only is the maintenance completed properly, but you get your car back looking clean and shiny every time. The service staff is professional and friendly. They inform you of any additional work needed prior to actually completing it so you are up to date on your vehicles performance and what costs you may incur. The service manager Andrea is very knowledgeable, professional and always takes the time to make sure you're satisfied with your visit. I would recommend Mid Toronto Mitsubishi as the place to go if you're in the market for a new car and looking for a great team to ensure your satisfaction!

I purchased a 2013 Lancer from another Mitsubishi dealer. Unfortunately one of the front struts broke and I took it back to the Mitsubishi where the vehicle was purchased for the repair since the car was still under warranty. That Mitsubishi dealer gave me the run around for months and gave me several excuses as to why the strut was not broken. I brought the car to several mechanic shops and they all confirmed that the strut was broken and needs to be replaced. Even with several second opinions and video evidence that the strut was broken, that Mitsubishi dealer still refused to replace the strut, even though the car is still under warranty!Feeling anger and frustration, I decided to take a chance and visit another Mitsubishi dealer, which was Mid Toronto Mitsubishi. The general manager Nick had an open door policy, so I was able to walk right in and speak to him directly. I explained the situation to him and without hesitation, he said that if my car was under warranty, then they would replace the broken strut. I was so relieved to hear that and all I had to do was make an appointment with the service department. I then met Dan the service advisor who is amazing since he got me an immediate appointment and had my car fixed all within a week. They even gave me a free gift as a thank you for having a great experience and sharing it on Google!I would highly recommend Mid Toronto Mitsubishi since I was treated as a high valued customer even though I didn't even buy my car there and I was just doing warranty work. I can only imagine how they treat customers that actually purchased their vehicle there!Thanks Nick, Dan, and all the Mid Toronto Mitsubishi staff!

Over the years I've owned several luxury vehicles/toys: Jeep Wrangler, Ford Mustang, Chevy Corvette, Porsche 911, Lexus IS350 and when I got married and started a family we switched to a more appropriate car.Purchased a new Outlander in 2010 and it's still in great shape. Most of the maintenance has been handled by Mid Toronto's service department. I've regretted the couple of times I went elsewhere for various reasons but now I get my car serviced exclusively by Mid Toronto. They are friendly and knowledgeable staff that take a reasonable cost effective approach to servicing your vehicle. Andrea has to be the best service manager ever. They come across as caring and attentive.I've never really enjoyed taking my vehicle to the dealer for servicing because it usually means a bigger bill then one would normally expect. Not at Mid Toronto, they take a proactive approach to keeping service bills reasonable. Honestly, I've never noticed this at any other dealer before.Frankly, we'd consider buying another car from Mid Toronto Mitsubishi because we know the after sales" service experience would be positive."

This dealership is amazing. We are a new to buying cars and we wanted to purchase a car but we aren't really sure because were first time buyers. they helped us from day 1 until we got our car. Our sales rep was amazing his name was Camillo he always updates us on the car with the financing and everyone was very friendly as well. Would recommend them 100% they will help you from day 1 - until you get your car. AMAZING PLACE TO GO :)

My partner and I had a great experience with this dealership. The staff are friendly and attentive. I had a budget in mind in regards to payments, which they made possible with rebates, and other helpful tips. Marion and Larry were both amiable and made us feel comfortable. Lori was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get me the pricing I needed. I am very satisfied with the service, and will go back in the future. It's a great car, reliable brand, and personable dealership! A+

I would expect way more from their sales staff and I am in no way familiar with their service department, so I can't comment on that.However, managers Chris and Javid are very polite, professional, and eager to take care of any issues their clients may have.If clients with problems talked to one of these guys, this dealership would not have any negative reviews. These managers are fairly new at this place and I see a lot of the negative reviews are from before they started working there.That being said, be smart and make sure that your vehicle is exactly the way it's supposed to be before you pick it up.But overall, you should have a much better experience at this place than anywhere else.

I had my car serviced a few times at Mid-Toronto Mitsubishi & the staff there were amazing! Friendly, courteous & honest people. They'd confirm with me prior to doing any repairs on my car, giving clear, precise pricing so I had no bad surprises. Everything was done professionally & on time. I always drive from Guelph to Toronto to repair my car because the trust with the dealership was worth the distance. Can't complain.

The best car buying experience Ive ever had. The manager Ron made sure we were comfortable with what financially what we can handle and exceeded all our expectations. The sales person Tom was personable and walked us through our vehicle features and made sure we were fully satisfied with it. We are extremely happy to have purchased at this dealership and will again in the future. Highly recommended!
