Really professional but still such a friendly environment. Kristi an amazingly friendly employee guided me though every step of my insurance. Definitely get the membership (quick help all over Canada and USA saved our butt)! We would recommend Ama!

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone at AMA Insurance. I got all my Canadian documents from this place, and they always gave me the help and support I needed. I especially thank Shawna as a wonderful and just a very kind and helpful person. I also took my road test today. My examiner Scott is a great professional and made my time on the road test as comfortable as possible (it was snowing today and I was very nervous). Thank you and I wish AMA good customers and new business accomplishments.

Not impressed! 6pm December 6th 2022Needed a jump start So we called AMA roadside assistance. After all the recorded mumbo jumbo we went through, we were told it would be 40 minutes before we could even SPEAK to an agent. Exactly why do we have this service? People pay good money for roadside assistance. Hire more people during the winter months!Luckily a stranger helped. People could freeze to death long before AMA ever speaks to you. Do not get this service! it's a joke

I have been an ama customer for many years . I did drivers training when I was young . And maintained vehicle Insurance through them. I had home insurance for the last 7 years. I bought a new property and was horrified to find out when I went for a new home insurance policy they declined me. No chance to correct issues they had a problem with . Just straight declined. Another company had my insurance policy in place in 2 hours no corrections to the property needed. Needless to say I don't recommend even getting a quote unless your property is brand new .

Was in Lethbridge location June 28/2023 and received outstanding customer service from a lovely lady named DIALIANDE (not sure of spelling) who drew up a TRIP TIK for us and gave us much needed accommodation info. I highly recommend her for any future promotions or raises.

I had to attend this registry office to get my Alberta Health card. The individual who served me wasn’t overly helpful, but at least she actually filed my documents. I asked for help with another matter and I was told to come back during the week. I asked if I could call in as I live close to 2 hours away. Nope-did not matter….Thank you….I went elsewhere.

The last couple of visits here have been an exercise in patience with long line ups and wait times. Unfortunately today, coming back tomorrow when we are fully staffed" was not an option for me.Long periods standing are not easy

Only very positive experiences there ... until today.I called the Lethbridge location to ask if I they could also send my driver's abstract to me by email when I came in later that day to pay the fee. Someone there told me that they could absolutely do that. I went in person later the same day and was told that they can never do that.

It's nice to get your car insurance and tags, plus your driver's license all in one place. The employees are very nice and helpful.
