Stopped by on Saturday Oct 28th, 2017 at 13h30 and then again at 14h45, only to find the store was closed! Opening hours posted for Saturday's is 10h-15h. Wasted my time going there.

I was at IRIS Optometristes et Opticiens on Samson Blvd earlier today. I was served beyond my expectations. I had just a minor issue with my glasses (ie. the tiny screw fell out) and they replaced not only the screw but also another tiny part that was missing. And all this completely free and with a smile.! And I didn't even buy my glasses from them in the first place! Thank you so much!!!

Service is excellent, both Miriam and Sophie helped me, they were very patient and sweet, even followed up after 2 weeks of my purchase, price wise is a bit expensive than other stores but i guess they make up for it with quality and great service. 10/10 would recommend.
