Called today to get info on a good pair of headphones! Spoke to Rob super nice guy! Got to the store met Rob in person and Antonello! These guys are truly amazing spent approximately 2 hours they took their time to listen to me and give me the chance to try different headphones and suggested me in the best way possible and I purchased what I needed.I definitely recommend this store and I can guarantee you that I will be shopping here again thanks guys for the great great great service!Keep up the great work!

Truly excellent experience. Rob took the time to go through almost every bookshelf speaker in the store with me until I found one I liked. He is a true lover of audio fidelity. I got a remarkable pair of AE1 speakers that have gotten a whole lot of use since purchase. Thanks Rob!

had to return an amp twice, and I have to say they were extremely helpful and comprehensive in the whole process. don't think the process would have been as easy in any other audio shop.

I bought a few things from from here. Nice selection of equipment, good atmosphere - not forced/pushy. They know what they are talking about and focus on promoting a good music experience and basing your choices on your listening abilities (and budget).A thing I really like is that they do not have the audiophile arrogance that some high-end vendors have, rolling their eyes, when you cannot hear the difference between a $100 and a $1000 cable.I don't really know what they could do better, which is a good thing...Highly recommended... Think my next purchase will be a Project Debut Pro S turntable...

These guys are an absolute pleasure to deal with even online and over the phone. Incredible customer service and very knowledgeable staff. After my first intended purchase (a while back) wasn't going to be available again in the foreseeable future, the owner took 30 minutes out of his day to follow up and call me to discuss options that ultimately lead me to purchasing a different item from someone else based on his advice. Most companies would have tried to upsell or hard sell and ensure that they got the sale. These guys are more concerned that the customer ends up with the best equipment possible for them at the price. Because of this level of service, when it was time to replace my amp, I reached out again and was met with the same level of great advice and understanding of what I was going for.Also these guys are generally priced lower than some of the big chains (that are generally the worst buyer experiences ever complete with 30 minute pitches for extended warranties), and; for the most part they are priced on par with Amazon, which is nice, although I'd be willing to pay a premium for the service and knowledge.Edit- The Amp arrived to today and I absolutely do not regret breaking a rule of mine and blind buying it. Perfect match for my system!
