The Worst Canada post to go to! Avoid at all cost!! The ppl there are rude and petty. It was busy this morning a nice man let me go in front of him to send outmy package that I paid for online. As I got to the front I told the lady I paid for it it’s just has to be scanned she then turn to scream at me saying they don’t have a drop off (which I thought was dumb because how am I going to ship my package off) anyways I explain I wanted to ship my order out and she then refused and told me I had to wait at the end of the line even tho I was already at the front!! Worst customer service!! They are always unpleasant and rude anytime I go in

Very friendly regular staff, helpful. Often a fair wait in the evenings (expected), must be lots of stress on the single cashier open with a long line of customers, rarely both at same time. Had a few issues over the years with CP in general regarding location of parcels along the way however staff here were supremely helpful to always help me get things straightened out and staff appear to handle the pressure well.

The people working here are generally very nice and polite. With everything they get stuck putting up with all day with rude people I empathize. Though I get being over worked and short staffed is a thing, I don't like being lied about things. I got information that my flex delivery was sent here and ready for pickup. After waiting in the line for about 10 minutes or so might have been more as the clerk was the only one there and the person ahead was taking up a lot of time, I provided my barcode to pickup and ID when asked then was told oh no your package isn't here the alert you received tells you to pick it up tomorrow. (It doesn't). Anyways huge line I step away let her help the next in line while I confirm as I won't be able to pickup for a few days now. Seeing that it does indeed say I need to pickup and that I have a week before they send it back I ask again pressing to which I was told yea its here we just haven't gone through the packages, you need to wait till we sort them. Like I get being swamped but why lie. Sure I would have been annoyed but not nearly as much after being lied about a delivery.

The lady working on August 21 2022 at 12:40 was completely rude not able to help me at all verify my id for capital one , even tho I had all the required ID to do so she was aggressive with had gestures , to top it all off she was wearing gang colored bandana on her head in a gang prominent area. In MY opinion completely unprofessional and canada post should evaluate who they have working the front line in there stores as people wearing gang colors serving the public puts people at risk in the store and their employees

As someone who ships 20+ packages a month, this is by far the worst location around. Staff are rude and seem bothered by your presence, always a hassle whenever I bring in packages. This is the only place I have issues.

Sent a parcel on May 27,2023 has not arrived. Did not pay for tracking and bow lost!!

How do I file a complaint for an ongoing issue of getting my neighbor's or next block neighbors' mails. My fear is my missing mails in their mailbox. I has called in head office and they said someone will reach out to me and no one did.I have proof of couple of mails. This is serious breach of privacy as I keep getting their bank letters and etc. Someone know how I can take this forward? Please help!

Absolutely the worst Canada post office in Durham region hands down. I have been to most of the post offices from bowmanville to Pickering and all the workers at this location are clueless, rude, and impatient, especially the manager.Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Hire new staff please!

Mixed feelings. I've had pretty good and positive experiences with Canada Post handling my business. I'm patient and don't mind the long wait as I understand that there are days that can be busy. But one older lady working there made me feel uncomfortable. She had a very rude attitude towards me because I was young? I'm a regular and I've done nothing wrong but she told me to do my own shipment so it's faster" for her. Uncalled for behavior and attitude. Very unprofessional and lazy worker in my opinion.I enjoy talking to the younger girl working there as she is definitely more professional
