Two tellers working. Been standing in line for 40 minutes while they both help one client ahead of me. The manager walked by the line and only smiled. Absolutely terrible service. Oh, and one ATM is broken and the other’s touch screen isn’t working properly. Going to close my account when I finally get served.

As much as I love BMO, where I have been banking for years (Business & Personal), as much I despise this location and the level of service there. The shortest wait time for me there has been 20 minutes. I think the manager waits for the busiest time of the day, and then he tells the teller take a break or just disappear. It’s one of the branch and makes me loose hope in our Canadian banking system.

I had come here to open a bank account with my wife and son but had forgotten to take an appointment. The assistant branch manager (Christina) was so kind and accommodated us in her schedule on a Saturday. She explained all the various plans, pros/cons of each and made sure we got the best plan for us. She also had a big box of toys which my son was able to play with while the account formalities were going on. Awesome experience and I would recommend this branch to anyone for their customer service and friendliness.

When I was a student, I need to verify my student account every year. Usually, the bank will extend my student plan for 1 year. But this branch only give me till the end of my courses. I should have 2 more months of student plans.

This branch has really helpful and polite teller and personal banker that answer all my question about online banking and opening an account based on their new campaign for newcomers very kindly. As a newcomer it was the best experience I have had so far.
