I never write reviews, but Kim really deserves one. My wife and I started with a different broker when we began our house search, but were left feeling overwhelmed with unanswered questions - so we asked for recommendations from friends, and were guided to Kim. She was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of buying our first home. She was willing and able to answer all of our questions (usually at 10pm on a Saturday) and made sure we were well-informed and comfortable with every decision.It's rare these days to find a true professional who really cares about their clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they're happy. Kim is an amazing mortgage broker who really knows her stuff. Recently got a mortgage through Kim, actually it is the second time we have used Kim and each time has been nothing but amazing. Kim is super quick to reply to all of the questions we had and if she didn’t know the answer right away she would find it out and get back to us.
