He did my Smoothie shop including busting out concrete for a new drain. 3 bay sink, hand washing station, filtration system, Ice Machine, Mop Sink, and Bathroom upgrade.... I have used Jordan of Declan mechanical three times now and each time his diagnostic skills, knowledge, courtesy have been exemplary. He has fixed a leak in my ceiling, a leak outside and last year in did a complete renovation on my under floor heating system and hot water tank by installing a new combination unit. I was so impressed with the installation it was completed on time, on budget and with the least disruption. He never leaves until he knows that everything is as it should be . I would recommend him every time.

We were having some plumbing issues and called Jordie. He was responsive and came to deal with it in off hours, as it was more convenient for us. I decided to have Deglan Mechanical install a natural gas tube heater in my workshop and to do some general plumbing work for me. Jordie Deglan was prompt in providing me a price quote, and even though he was already booked solid, he found a window of time to squeeze in my project. He showed up on time and finished his work on budget. Most importantly the quality of work was outstanding. Even the building inspector said it was uncommon to see this level of quality workmanship. The install was cosmetically perfect and functionally well done as well. His pricing was competitive. Even my wife was impressed with him because she has never seen a plumber or gas-fitter do such a thorough job cleaning up after himself. Jordy was very proffessional, polite, and informative about the work he had done.I was working out of town when he came to do the work and he sent me pics and videos to show me what he had done and explain all the components.The instalation was done very neatly and he cleaned up as if he had never been here.I would highly recommend Deglan Mechanical, to anyone who is looking to have plumbing or mechanical work.
