Cypress Mountain is so beautiful. But I made a mistake, I bought the ticket for the trail only, not for the rolling cart .even at the reception, they did not tell me. But we enjoyed this place. This place good for hiking.

Cypress is our to go place for skiing. Beautiful city views up there. Close to city, I can get there in less than an hour and start skiing. Good variety of runs for different levels, lines are not too long, lots of parking space. Good facilities. Generally very well managed and friendly staff.

My head is still in the clouds after a recent trip to Cypress Mountain on a winter Friday, during sunset. Cypress is my personal favorite mountain destination in the city, offering so much variety for outdoor activities, from hiking, snow-shoeing, to skiing. For a great date to bring that special someone, I recommend packing some music, a hot drink, and some snacks. Dress nice and find your spot to take some epic photos together, all while experiencing Vancouver's great outdoors. Everyone wants great photos so don't be shy to ask someone to help you snap a shot or 2. If you forgot to bring food, the resort itself has a new and lovely heated outdoor terrace, with excellent service. It's not the cheapest place to eat, but the views are breathtaking and they have a wide selection of beer. For just a 45 to 60 minute drive outside of the city of Vancouver, this place is spectacular. Enjoyed best with a group of people up to 6. Come during the week to avoid huge line-ups for parking and do your best to carpool.*CAUTION* If you're skiing or snowboarding, bring a lock for your gear or make sure someone is watching your stuff while you use the indoor facilities because thieves work here!

Man oh man. The view from the top of the mountain at sunset is amazing. 10/10 worth the grueling hike up. Had wobbly legs by the end of the trek. Good place to have a dog with you, we ended up seeing a bear near us, but the dogs kept them away.

I went skiing at Cypress Mountain and overall had a great experience. The slopes were well-groomed, and the scenery was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the only downside was the price of the food at the on-site restaurant. Although the quality of the food was decent, the prices were quite high. I understand that it is common for on-site restaurants at ski resorts to be expensive, but I still found it to be a bit steep. That being said, if you're willing to pay a premium for convenience, the restaurant is a decent option for a quick bite or a warm drink. If you're looking to save some money, it might be worth bringing your own snacks or even a packed lunch.Overall, I would still recommend Cypress Mountain as a great destination for skiing or snowboarding. Just be prepared to spend a bit more on food if you plan to eat at the on-site restaurant.

I love this mountain for hiking and skiing/boarding. Tried out snowboarding this year and had a blast here. Great bunny hills and green runs for anyone beginning. Lots of parking available on off-peak hours. From friends, it's recommended to come from Mon-Thurs to avoid crowds at the chair lifts.

Nice place with great view. Weekends have more customers. So I usually come here on weekdays. If you wanna park easily, come early morning or late night. Season pass is valuable if you live around Vancouver area. It takes 45 mins drive from Richmond, an hour from Delta. The dancing workers with music are my favorite part of this ski mountain. You can also enjoy snowshoeing. Snow Powder is better than other ski places near Vancouver.

Excellent snow quality but a bit of long lines at the lifts. Nice views of the ocean in some parts of the mountain. They are open until 10pm which is great. Staff at the rental shop were very helpful and accommodating. The food and drinks at their cafe were also good.

Experienced the most amazing views and scenery at Cypress! This was one of my favourite hikes for sure! It was straight up and challenging for a beginner, but the reward of jumping into the beautiful Cabin Lake made it definitely worth the effort. The water was beautiful!

Cypress Mountain is beautiful even in summer and a great place for family treks, or even a date. There are only a few reasons to visit: to ski in winter, or trail exploration in summer. There is also axe throwing. A recent re-addition is Eagle Coaster. That one is a treat for sure.Parking is ample. Just note that there are about 3 different parking areas and the one closest also has a a electric charging station. The gift shop is abysmal although it has a decent collection. It needs better efforts to drum up interest and play on the experience. The dining is unfortunately nothing great or even good, but I imagine you're here do the views rather than the food.
