My truck tire blowed on highway and got a quick repair assistant from Benson Tire. Terry did a great job. He just took few minutes to replace the truck tire.

After the service I received this morning I would highly recommend Benson Tire to anyone looking for help with tires. I walked in expecting to at the very least make an appointment. We discussed my issues and they took me right in...looked/fixed all four tires under an hour. Randy and Kevin were fantastic!If I could attach a couple of pictures here I would! Thank you Benson Tire. 5 stars for sure.

Very bad customer service, i went there just for a wheel retorque and the guy had a very bad attitude with me. I dont think he realizes that the shop runs because of the existance of customers.

Had a road side blow out and they came quickly which was good and fixed me up. The rates are high but it what it is in this economy. The bad.The tech didn’t replace or check my valve core and tire went flat over night I had to have another tire service come and fix it properly at more cost. Called benson and was told there’s nothing they can do. The tire tech who fixed it properly said it was a sloppy job benson didn’t clean the rim or do anything to prevent the tire from going flat again. Not great customer service.

I was on my summer vacation with my rv and i got problem with my alternator. I went to Benson Tire at Brockville and they took care on us. They called for a new alternator, they changed my motor oil and they grease the RV.A good service and they saved my trip!I recommand anytime this place
