UPDATE : Après avoir écrit l'avis ci-dessous, un autre membre de l'équipe vente/après-vente a pris contact avec moi. Le tout s'est réglé en moins de 2 semaines de façon cordiale et efficace. La personne qui a pris le relais a fait preuve de compréhension et de flexibilité, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Je change donc mon évaluation de 1/5 à 3/5.**********J'ai écrit à HLC pour faire réparer un article qui bénéficiait d'une garantie limitée. On m'a répondu d'aller dans un magasin et de débourser moi-même les frais de gestion. J'ai vérifié avec l'Office de Protection (OPC) du Consommateur et ces directives sont contraires à la loi. C'est au distributeur qui offre la garantie d'assumer tous les frais de gestion et autres à moins que ça ne soit mentionné expressément (ce n'était pas le cas).Lorsque j'ai mentionné cela à la personne avec qui j'étais en contact elle m'a accusé de proférer des menaces" et de "manquer de volonté" pour régler mon problème. Une chance qu'il m'a précisé que son service était "hors pair"

The most DISGUSTING service ever. THEY assaulted a $600 rear suspension with a pair of pliers, sent it back with MISSING PARTS and robbed me of my mountain bike season. I sent in my rock shock Pike Fork and my Monarch Plus rear suspension on warranty, took about two months... I called several times, each of which they told me it would take no more than a few days. In the end I had to decide between trying to get my rear suspension replaced or enjoying what little was left of the mountain biking season. I opted for the fun option and for that my bike still bares the scars of there incompetence. They are a disgrace to there profession. When I bought a $6000 Mountain bike I thought I would at least get to be the one who destroys it. Lamber, I am a financial economics student who spent more on my bike than my own car, out of passion for the sport, and you spit on it... thanks... :(

BonjourMa femme handicapée a eu besoin d’un pneu de remplacement pour sa chaise roulante. Le représentant à Lévis à qui j ai parlé a refusé de passer la commande en m indiquent de facon arrogante que je devrais passer par l internet et Amazon a moins que lui en commande une quantité de 50. WoW j ai finalement réussi à trouver le pneu en Ontario avec tout les frais que ceci engendre. Sur le site WEB de HLC LAMBERT il est indiqué DÉCOUVREZ LE CÔTÉ HUMAIN DU VÉLO wow méchante découverte , une bande d arrogant qui pense conquérir le marché américain !

My fork was sent in May 26, was recieved May 28 and has been there since! The lockout was broken and it wasn't even a year old so it got sent in for warranty work and for over a month nothing was said until I finally called to get some info and they tell me that they needed to order a part and it would be in July 1st. After July 1st I waited a week and nothing still so I call back again and they tell me they ordered the wrong part and will be another two weeks. It is now Augest 15th and still no fork and they refuse to even tell me whats going on with it and offered to credit me 1/3 of the price of my fork towards a new one. They also keep saying they will call me back and have never done so.
