went for hair cut on pre booked apointment.people at front desk are super rude. mistake on their parttt.some lady books me in and then when i reach for apointment they simply say we donot know who booked you.some grandma did this.we can not do hair cut.i missed my work for my apointment and this is how they treat their customers.would never recomend this place.rude people.no it was not michelle.at reception you had clearly mentioned it was your grandma who might have missed adding on your computer and i have your contact number dialled in my phone.it was not michelle.please donot mislead people.anyways,i am done and wanted to share my view.rest people can decide.thanks.

I love this place. I go in every couple weeks to get my undercut shaved and the staff are always so nice and genuinely happy to see me. It’s nice to go somewhere and always feel welcomed and appreciated. The prices are good, the place is always clean and beautiful, and I just love the people.

The owner Chris, cut my sons hair and did an amazing job! He has autism and the whole experience was a breeze from start to finish. He has never had a haircut without a melt down, until today! She is so good with kids and kept him so calmNot to mention his hair cut is adorable. 10/10 recommend

My experience at Michael's was horrible. The man who cut my hair did NOT listen to what I wanted and I need my ears covered always. He cut it soo short half my ears were showing. Gave him a second chance. He did it again. he cut it way to short as my right ear again was only half covered with my hair wet so he left the left side longer!!!! and did not give me the cut I wanted. I even showed him a photo of my hair as it's suppose to be. This guy is an older guy so he should know how to do a decent hair cut.It was just my bad luck that I ended up with him as I was a new client and did not know any of the staff. I don't want to give you even ONE star as the experience was extremely upsetting for me. I am a senior and sometimes I feel nobody listens to us.

Finally, a salon that LISTENED to what I wanted and did not try to convince me that it was too radical of a change. I walked in with hair half way down my back and walked out with a fierce pixie cut that I am so, so happy with. Thank you so much to my very young stylist (Marissa? Melissa?). The price was also great!

Love Michael's on Main. They do my hair exactly as I ask and I feel like a new person when I come out. To top it off, the staff is friendly and their prices are very reasonable.
