Budget Self Storage
Even if I show up just before closing the staff are very accommodating. The front desk clerks seem to know almost everyone and where their storage locker is even if they are an infrequent customer (like myself). The place is friendly and professional and most importantly very trusting as well. I think the person I see most is a lady with brunette colour hair over the weekends for the life of me I cannot remember her first name, Monique maybe, but she has great customer service and is always in a good mood.

Budget Self Storage
This is a good, clean facility and the staff are extremely helpful and cheerful. Unfortunately, the hours are completely unsuitable for anyone who works during the week, effectively limiting one to the weekends. If this place were to be open late one or two weekdays, this review could easily be five stars. However, as it stands, I would not recommend it for people who are not free during business hours.

There are 10,000 of these places all offering the same thing and the only thing that sets these places apart from each other is the quality of the staff and the staff. Here especially Leslie are A++ all the way above and beyond service. I don't know what they pay this woman but it's not enough

Very poor customer service.... spoke with Autumn who talks over you and I am already a Budget Storage customer and wanted t rent another storage unit with her telling me Budget will Not rent unless I am in their office with my credit card!!! I’m in Arizona and even willing to pay for several months using my credit card which they could take the funds off immediately.... as soon as I return to Canada I will be finding a new storage facility!

Nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff working there.the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say about them at all only praise. Keep up the wonderful amazing work ladies.
