Staff are always super helpful and friendly at this location! Came in the other day to buy a diffuser and an oil blend and Chris was super attentive and able to thoroughly answer any questions I had about the different products! Will be returning.

The staff at the Queen west location are always super helpful and friendly. Not pushy either in their sales.Saje always has a great blend of oils for every occasion. Prices are reasonable and their sales and specials, when they have them, are pretty awesome.Space has a nice clean design and their products are arranged to make shopping fairly easy to navigate on your own. It's nice that they have paper strips to sample the smells and that they have on hand. Small jars of coffee beans are also close by to smell if you need to neutralize your sense of smell.

I love Saje for so many reasons. First of all, you are buying a quality product. Yes, the price may be a bit higher, but you truly are paying for a quality product and comparing to other products of a lesser cost you can smell the difference right away. I'm not kidding when I say that literally each product is amazing! I would like to comment on how excellent the customer service is, especially at this location. Every time I'm here I feel as though I get 5 star VIP treatment and leaving feeling refreshed and great. Kind of magical.

I loved this place! Even more, love their products. I traveled up for an event where they pampered us with massages and mimosas. Also they let you sample a good deal of their products. I can admit that I’m on the “natural wave” because it makes me feel good and I honestly see a difference.The reps were friendly and knowledgeable and clearly used the products as well. I will visit again and shop further into their line. The deodorants have worked wonders for me. NOT SMELLY for a full 24 hours and less sweat too.Wander in and try something out, I recommend.

Went into this location about 3 years ago with my two Nieces and was immediately greeted by a arms-folded employee (think it may have been the manager - she was somewhat older than the other folks working there ).She greeted us with a may I help you" that reeked with a oalatable 'you are not welcome here' . We instantly picked up on the inhospitable and hostile vibe that oozed with more than just a bit of micro-racism. Shocked

amazing service!We were helped by Sierra and she went above and beyond to assist us.We got a Saje diffuser 2 weeks ago and it had stopped creating mist recently. Sierra helped fix it in the store and gave us a new lid incase the old lid was causing the problem.She also offered to keep it in store to make sure it can run a full cycle.Sierra did an amazing job! I recommend looking for her if you have any questions or needs.

Always fabulous! I walk-in stressed and sweaty and leave on cloud nine. Great products, great service, great team. The sales team make you feel like a friend. Never begrudge spending all my hard earned $$ here. Definitely my fav health and wellness store.

Variety of quality products. Soap milled twice for purity, essential oils with Yoga my favorite but trying something new, room spray to cleanse, bath salts. Like a mini spa in my home.

I love the deep forest essential oil. It is my absolute favourite. They also replaced my diffuser after the motor starting getting really loud after a few years. Really? who does that. Awesome company. love it.
