I haven’t been to the dentist in over 5 years but Dr. Hakimi and the hygienists made my daughter and I feel so welcome. They did amazing work with 6 of my fillings and even took me in on the same day after having a dental emergency. My 4 year old daughter loved her first dental appointment as well!

I have a very good experience in alliance dental. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Dr.Kiani is very knowledgeable and professional. I did root canal for the second time on a tooth( the first time has done many years ago) and even the success chances in second time is lower, He did a very good job and I am very satisfied with that. I haven’t had any problem after, even no pain.highly recommended.

Despite getting to experience my first root canal, it was a pleasant experience. the staff answered all of my questions and were very accommodating. I was a patient of Dr. Miller's since the 80's, and was concerned about changing, but I have felt comfortable with Alliance since my first appointment there a couple of years ago.

Friendly staff, experienced and knowledgeable dentist, quick painless procedure. All round great experience.

They are usually running on time or there is very little wait time. The receptionist is welcoming and very helpful. The hygienist is comforting and friendly. The dentist listens well and tells you the facts. He gives you advice and options. He is gentle and agreeable. Great atmosphere.

Very happy with my 3 year olds first dental appointment. Everyone was so patient and the receptionist helped to keep him distracted while I filled out paperwork, which was amazing and so appreciated. We were made to feel very welcome. No wait time at all. Located in a convenient location. Would recommend to anyone with small children. The children's treasure chest was a nice touch!

Second visit so far and I am very impressed. Professional staff, calm and considerate to your questions and concerns. So happy that I went here.

I am a very anxious patient at the dentist and I made the receptionist Melissa know this beforehand, and she definitely did her due diligence and let the whole team know about my concerns and my nervousness. I had an ignored chipped tooth that was left too long and ended up having a really bad painful tooth infection, and was unable to get into my regular dentist office. Melissa had me booked in the very next day, Dr H did an exam and we made a plan and solution suited for me, and then made time for me the next day to have some relief before a root canal procedure. It feels like I’ve known them all for years. And Dr H is so calming and trusting and very personable. Extremely recommend this office!

Received a routine tooth extraction that caused me to be in the ER 2 days later. I followed all post care instructions but infection spread throughout my entire face,mouth, and neck. I had to make daily trips to halifax for intravenous antibiotics for the next week. But thankfully the office checked in with me after the hospitals contacted them... which then they proceeded to tell me it was unrelated to the procedure......and offered that I come back for them to check the healing.....no thanks, I'm good. I understand any procedures have risks and things can happen no matter how careful.... but to call to let me know they take no accountability for it just added insult to injury.
