Had a fantastic time getting my eyebrows done by bailey she was so nice I have never had such a detailed waxing before my eyebrows feel fantastic she listened to exactly what I wanted and even put some colour on to conceal the redness for going around the mall.

I wish White Oaks Sephora was the standard for both London locations... nothing but abhorrent service in Sephora Masonville, exceptional service in Sephora White Oaks. Im sure the discrepancy begins with your management because I can see that the hiring manager here has a true eye for professionalism and seeks only that in their employees. Every individual was kind, knowledgable, helpful and non judgemental. This service is through the roof compared to Masonville where you receive negativity and passive aggression from staff the moment you step inside. Please never close this store!

Very much enjoyed my visit; was my first time ever as a guy to go in and buy something for myself. Ash was extremely happy to help and very helpful. She also happened to be the exact same skin tone as me so it was a very easy colour match she said. I intend on coming back in the future for more products :)

I’ve been to this store several times with my wife and received nothing but excellent service.This evening we went and the young person in the store simply pointed to the area of items we were looking for and offered no further assistance. She was more interested in chatting with the other younger people shopping and working.Pretty disappointing customer service experience. I guess I’ll have to chalk it up to the individual and not the store. Not every employer can have fantastic workers.

I was in your store this past weekend and had Megan help me, she had such a positive energy that I waited for her to be done with a different customer. When Megan had finished helping the other customer she helped me with an item I needed and a few other items she thought would help me as well. I must say as busy as the store was Megan still focused on helping me and was such a delight to work with, was very educated with the products and helping me find products that would work for me. Megan related to me in many ways and again, her positive, upbeat attitude was just what I needed. I can only hope next time I come in that Megan is working and can assist me again.

I went today to find a good foundation. I asked a representative for assistance. She didn't ask me anything about my skin, swiped one colour on and said good, handed me the product and walked away. I had light streaks on my face that did not match and I was left feeling more confused then when I started. Not happy with the customer service. I don't shop at sephora frequently as it's overwhelming but now I'm not sure if I'll return.

Horrible customer service experience. I went to exchange a brand new unopened concealer worth $50+ tax that I received as a gift at Christmas (wrong shade). I have exchanged unopened items in years past, several months after purchase, without any issue, and was informed only weeks ago by Sephora employees (plural!) that I was able to exchange at any time for colour match, if unused. When I attempted to do so today, I was treated like a criminal at the first store and at the second was told that a new 60-day exchange policy had been in effect for some time - which was never communicated to me until that moment - and that they would not exchange it.I spoke with customer service on the phone and was told that the only way I could get an exchange was if I gave the store the item, trusted them to place a credit on my online account for less than the product was worth (due to a discount having been applied at the original purchase time) and I could ONLY order online and pay extra for the difference due to inflation and the discount amount not being refunded.I will NEVER shop here again. They do not treat customers with fairness and their rigid and convoluted policies make it impossible for their employees to be able to handle their customers effectively and appropriately, not to mention they do not train their staff to let us know when such policies exist and will negatively affect us.Inconsistent. Unreliable. Downright thievery. Goodbye Sephora, get your sh*t together.

I was in this store last night with my granddaughter and honestly your staff were so awesome! They were attentive, polite and professional! Got into a discussion with the cashier about her little sister being like my granddaughter and she was just so personable! I appreciate the staff and the customer service!! Way to go!!!

Amazing service from girl named Jasmine. Great positive attitude. Helped me find a perfect shade for bronzing powder and provided with some samples! Very very good customer service. Thank you Jasmine!
