I started seeing Flavio because I train in Brazilian Jiu jitsu which is extremely hard on your body. I was also going through some difficult Mental Health issues.Flavio was excellent in not only in relieving my pain from my body but he also helped relieve my pain caused from poor Mental Health.He went above and beyond his duties to help me live a pain free life. He still goes above his duties to help me recover from a poor reaction to my second vaccine shot.He is extremely caring and compassionate.He was also instrumental in helping me prepare for my World Championship gold medal by helping me to be able to compete stress free from all the training I had put in.I would highly recommend Flavio to be your massage therapist of choice.

Flavio is an amazing massage therapist! He’s extremely knowledgeable and never disappoints. He always listens to my problem areas and have had so much positive progress after seeing him. I’ve been seeing him for over 6 years, though 2 pregnancies and he truly is one of a kind!

I was at a point in my journey with chronic pain and inflammation that was threatening me into a wheelchair, until I met Flavio. He was one of the first of countless professionals to truly sit and listen before even suggesting I get on the massage table. He was gentle in the areas we discussed, and went crazy deep in the areas I needed it most. Like any physio therapy, I imagined I'd leave there sore and never wanting to go back, because that was the norm for me. I was so pleasantly surprised that after just two days of rest and so so much water intake, my pain had reduced by at least 10%. A 10% break from constant daily agony. Flavio gave me so much more than a massage that day. He gave me hope that despite what doctors had told me up until then, I could get this under control and get my life back, and I went on to do just that. 10/10 for Flavio, hands down!

Flavio is an exceptional therapist. I have seen many therapists in the past but Flavio stands out with his unique technique and effectiveness He is extremely knowledgeable and really cares for his clients well being. He has helped me through my injuries and also has provided me with ongoing regular body care. I am a massage connoisseur of sorts and Flavio is a top notch therapist.

Flavio is absolutely the best massage therapist I’ve used hands down! He’s the only person I’ve ever trusted to massage me before all of my combat sports competitions. Flavio, having competed in combat sports himself, truly understands the human body mechanics of the average person as well as the elite athlete. I have been a client of Flavio for over 8 years. Flavio has always been professional and kind. He meets my needs and requests especially if there are specific areas to work on. Throughout my three pregnancies, he continued to make me feel safe and comfortable. He has a lot of knowledge in health and fitness (and anything in Vaughan!) so most sessions he’s answering my many questions but he knows when I just want to relax and remains quiet. Recently I have been experiencing pain in the heel. He was able to work the muscles around the heel and the pain is almost gone. I highly recommend Flavio for deep tissue, relaxation or massage for pain relief!

Receiving body work from Flavio was a gift that was right on time for me. He was able to access a point of tension in my back that I never felt in any other massage session. Releasing a deep pain around my kidney/liver area. Very grateful for that release. Highly recommend, 10 stars!!!

He gives the best massages I have ever had. And I have had many from all around the globe. He also knows the human body like a Dr. So his knowledge, and understanding of what my body needs by feeling it leaves you euphoric, knot free and floating out of the room. Has fixed ailments and pain that I’ve endured for a long time by one massage… highly recommend Flavio to anyone and everyone I know… so they can heal, be pain free, and feel great afterwards.
