Can't say enough good things about this store! We walked in off the street and got exceptional service, we ended up leaving with a new snowmobile. A few weeks later I was in Grande Prairie looking for gear for myself and a dirt bike for my kids. At first I went to two different stores because they're almost next door to eachother. NO ONE would give me the time of day and assist me with finding what I needed. But at Stojan's a lady came right over, treated me like a friend and helped me find all the gear I needed. (Found dirt bikes out of town)

What to say about stojans . The general attitude around the place is very poor and the management are not very nice to how they deal with there clients . My wife and I bought two sleds and the salesman forgot to mention the sled hadn’t had an inspection and it should have one , as we were loading our new to us sleds . Turns out the one sled needed a brand new top end / new chain-case because the original one was cracked and improperly installed ./ gears were both fractured . All in the sled cost us 4800$ from a dealership -and cost us 3900$ in repairs to bring the sled to being safe to use . Now we bought this sled at the start of the season and my wife still hasn’t gotten the chance to ride her sled . If this isint the worst service in town with a smile idk what is ! . And when I called and finally spoke to a manager they refused me the right to talk to the owner . Should expect better from a dealership but I guess service goes out the door when it comes to purchasing used from stojans . I won’t mention any names . But buyer beware and make sure to take what ever you buy used to a dealership that actually cares about there machine and this rare thing called quality service . Stojans is bye far the worst dealership in town to deal with unless you buy brand new ! That’s if you put aside the criminal negligence that comes out of that amazing shop .

The girls in the office are wonderful I didn't meet any of the people that worked on my quad however they did a good job and fixed it. I wish I could have spoken to the person that worked on the quad because they checked over stuff I had already ruled out and it would have been a 1hr job instead of 2hrs. That's why I gave a 4 star I would have given a 4.5 stars if it would let me.They have a lovely showroom please get more stock for us window shoppers.

Great place. The staff are all very friendly and so helpful. We purchased a Marlon side by side deck. They got it all adjusted for a long box, and they helped us load it. Roger even tracked down some parts and got them into the mail for us since we are not local. If we need something we will check in with them first.

Have purchased a Can Am Side by Side and Ski do sled from Stojans. Great experience from sales to parts and service. Highly reccoend them.

From the first time I contacted Roger from Stojans the experience was great. He help me thru the entire process and all the way to the end with buying all my accessories to loading the machine on the back if my truck. Thanks again Roger for the great job!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Stojan's on a new Can Am Defender Limited. Everything went smooth from early communication on eta's of the unit itself and the whole process was under promise and over deliver. They have been so busy with units and weren't going to be able to install the accessories and Blaine got it all done to my surprise. They understand the customer and are top notch on customer service. Thanks to the whole team. Can't wait to get out for a ride this weekend!

The young lady in their Parts Department was very pleasant and extremely helpful. They had exactly what I was looking for without having to drive to Edmonton or purchase online.
