Natalie was amazing. I had my first wax with her and she made me feel very comfortable made the process very quick and easy and explained everything along the way. She also gave great after care tips and was extremely kind and professional.

Amazing Experience! Peaceful environment and Natalie was extremely friendly and professional. She customized facial to my dry post delivery skin and advised skincare which I needed the most. Most impressive was, she spent the entire facial time with me without any distractions. 10/10

Natalie is hands down the best wax specialist I have been to. Have been consistent with her for over a year now. I never get ingrowns, her space is very clean, I have never seen her double dip with the wax. Her customer service is amazing too. She’s very quick & her wax is definitely quality.

I got two derma-peeling done from here and results are super amazing.Natalia is very welcoming and experienced lady.I had acne from years so I had a-lot of acne marks/hyperpigmentation but now after few months my skin looks very clear. She really helped me clearing out pimples and acne marks and still working on.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE!!

I have been looking for a salon that offers skin lightening services to tackle the hyperpigmentation in my underarms for a while, and finally decided to try out Skin City Spa after reading all the great reviews. After my experience, I can say that those reviews are well earned. Natalie was absolutely wonderful! She took the time in the beginning to thoroughly explain the entire process, which was very much appreciated as a first timer. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in her care the entire time. I saw immediate results after my first session and so I booked a follow-up appointment soon after. 10/10 would recommend her services!

From getting to the location to leaving, I had a fantastic and well informed/relaxed time. Natalie is an absolute natural at what she does. She has a wonderful, deep passion for all skin types and knows her stuff in regards to what facial and facial products work for each skin type. As this was my first facial, I registered to do a simple cleansing facial. Natalie was so kind to ask me if I had any plans as she believed that I needed an acne facial treatment but knew the effects of what would happen after the treatment as I had my birthday event happening that same day. She understands pores and what exactly is needed for each layer of skin we all have. Natalie offered water before and after the session as well as a very detailed questionnaire that really gets you talking about yourself as well as your skin experience growing up to where you are currently. Not only will I be back but I plan to do many of my facials with her in the future as well as referring as many people as I can. Her place is absolutely clean and she is very punctual as my appointment was completed at the time that she stated it would be and I didn't have to wait to meet with her. As for the actual facial itself, it was such a relaxing experience that I recalled myself snoring and had Natalie confirm that fact lol. I cannot wait to go back and do an acne facial next as I have enlarged pores that definitely need to be handled with care. Lastly, Natalie has a wonderful facial selection of products that deal with various skin types for great prices. She uses them in the facial as well so you get to experience what the products actually do before purchase. Long story short, book as many facials with her as your skin will never be the same.

The very first time I got Brazilian wax in my life 2 years ago was from Natalie. I was scared a bit because I’ve never done this before but she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I still feel grateful about what she’s been doing for me!She’s always professional and sweet I’ve always been aware that she’s doing the best job like I don’t find it painful and irritating my skin whenever I get Brazilian wax from her even though I have very sensitive skin throughout all my body. But It feels only smooth and silky.When I had my skin irritated because of some problem in my body a few months ago. She was really helpful to get my skin back to normal. She never disappoints me!Highly recommend ✨✨✨✨✨

I already know this review will sound extra dramatic, but I can't help myself because I have never been this happy and satisfied after a wax. I got a Brazilian and full leg wax at Skin City Spa a few hours ago and, honestly, I couldn't wait to come home to write a review. Natalie is the most skilled, gentle, attentive, thorough and, as an extra massive cherry on top of the cake, genuine and kind specialist I have ever been to (and I say this with great confidence, because I've been to about 30+ aestheticians over the span of about 15 years, in search of that one that I call my own). This was the most painless (didn't think this would ever be possible!), comfortable and enjoyable waxing experience I have had EVER! I didn't even tense up and get anxious as I always did at other places. It's very clear that Natalie puts so much love and care, both into her workspace and her work. All her equipment and the treatment room are pristine and the ambiance is so calm and blissful. Last, she was so nice and accommodating to take my aunt in for a last-minute lip wax after my session. My aunt is a tough cookie to impress but she was also blown away with Natalie, her work and her vibe.Natalie - I said this in person but I have to say it again. Your energy is just so positive and warm and uplifting - thank you for an amazing experience and good company :)! So happy I finally found you and I don't ever have to go anywhere else again!
