RR Gallery has played a major role in helping me grow my business as an artist.After doing some research I found that RR Gallery had the most reasonable prices for quality work and they were a one stop place for both professional scans of my artwork and printing.I am proud to be able to offer prints of my artwork of such high quality. The watercolor paper prints are my favorite.Robert and Richard are a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable and very accommodating. If I ever have a deadline to meet or a special customer request they are always willing to do their best to help me make it work.I don't think my art business would be the same without the help of RR Gallery.I highly recommend checking them out if you are interested in having high quality scans of your artwork (which I recommend all artist do!) or having prints made!Shelby

When I first met Robert several years ago, he produced a giclee print of Mother Teresa which I absolutely loved. It was excellent quality and to this day, it is one of my favorite prints. Recently, Robert produced several canvas gallery wrap prints for me and his quality workmanship and customer service are outstanding. He takes time to ensure he can produce high quality prints based on the needs of the client and provides different options which is valuable. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are happy with the final product. I truly appreciate all that Robert and the team at RR Gallery and Fine Art do for their clients and I highly recommend them for all your picture and framing needs.

Working with Robert and Richard is a pleasure. They are thorough and have no reservations in spending time working with you to get out of a print exactly the tones that you want. They use high quality papers and inks. Their prints using Epson velvet fine art are exquisitely rendered. It is my choice for black and white street photography shots. Of course, you can also use their Epson luster paper which is amazing for colour prints but equally valid for monochrome. Pay them a visit the next time you need a print. Highly recommended.

Robert is very knowledgeable about the nuances of printing and offers great insight about how to make your images just a bit better. He also has a great eye for framing suggestions as well. I will be back to RR Gallery and Fine Art Printing with more of my imaging projects

If you value your hard work and wish to achieve accurate prints and professional service, look elsewhere. I was hoping to get good results with this place as they label themselves as a fine art establishment but I guess you get what you pay for, and these guys boasted about having cheap rates. Suffice to say I learned pretty quick why no other artists or faculty around Edmonton has even heard of these clowns:I wanted to get simple prints made up and what I got in return, both in product and service, was terrible. The prints were blurry, distorted and faded in multiple sizable areas (which I'd learn later was due to the scans; knowing full well that the scans were unusable, they still went ahead and printed them.) The kicker is when I pointed out the flaws they outright ignored the very obvious blunders and refused to offer any discount. (If I didn't have pre-orders lined up to go out that same month, I would have demanded my deposit back.)In the end, I wound up paying hundreds of dollars for botched prints that I couldn't in good conscience sell at any respectable price to break even on. I took a financial hit as a direct result of these guys' incompetence, lack of attention to detail and most of all their unwillingness to have bare minimum customer service. I wish I could say it ends there.They gave me a vague deadline spanning from a Thursday to a Tuesday, said they'd let me know when they're ready. Never called or emailed on any of those days. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I gave them an extra week and a half grace period before calling them myself to see if they were ready for pick up. Sure enough they had been sitting there for a while! Not even 2 hours after picking them up they call me about picking up prints despite the fact that I had just grabbed mine; turns out the only time these goofs contacted me was for another person's product!! Very professional, very organized. Wonder who they called about my prints, if they ever did.I was supposed to get my scans first thing-- before the prints even-- but I had to call and email them multiple times over the course of a month thereafter before they ever got around to emailing them. What's more? The scans were raw and overexposed garbage instead of the corrected versions. So the digital commission customers really got shafted, moreso than the physical print customers! Way to really add insult to injury fellas!!I can't stress enough, go to any other shop but this one. It was nothing but a headache and a ripoff through and through. Don't waste your time or your money on these goons. They're either going blind or have a pretentious attitude to only support folks who are big spenders and are within their circle, like the ones they advertise for on their site.

RR Gallery is the ONLY place I trust to handle and scan my original charcoal drawings. They are friendly, timely and precise, and I am consistently amazed by the high quality of prints and great prices.

I had brought in a painting that my mother had painted. They did the scan and several fine art prints that I gave to the family as gifts. The colour was wonderful and the prints were beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place for reproductions.

I have to convey how much I like this company. As an artist, I really appreciate the time and dedication (and patience) Robert took to do the color corrections to make me (a perfectionist) very happy. I have purchased high quality inks on top grade paper and on canvas. Both mediums produced excellent depth of color true to the originals. They run a professional, clean, organized and high quality reproduction business. Richard, with his many years of experience with framing guided me along with the finishing details to make my limited edition prints complete and me completely happy.

I am a new artist but have had people who wanted to buy my original paintings but I wanted to keep them and painting something twice is something I do not like to do for numerous reasons. I went to RR Gallery and they gicleed a painting I did, and made a few copies for me. I could not believe the result and the quality - it looked exactly like my original that had been varnished. What a way to go - it saved me trying to do a painting over again, which never turns out the same, and the cost of the paint and my time! I will definitely be using them again! They were so nice and friendly and explained everything so well and I feel their prices are very reasonable. It was a wonderful experience and I will sure use them again if need be! Thank you so much!
