Terribly built home, walls aren’t square- two foot centres for studs (is that even code), flooring is lifting and splitting. electrical wiring done improperly, circuit breaker trips when furnace turns on or vacuum or blender or for no reason at all.ceiling is sagging, drywall is cracking and splitting significantly. Windows have moisture between them. House is less than 1 year old. Warranty should cover all these problems, but Good luck getting them to answer your emails and phone calls. If they do happen to answer with a list of excuses, their contractors rarely show up, even after several attempts of contact. No wonder they insist on doing their own “inspection” before purchase.

Having worked in the new home Buisness I am thoroughly happy with the quality of the home.Haven’t had a single issue even at year end check out we didn’t even have a single nail pop. Customer service was always prompt with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this builder.
