This review is based on groomer named Joanne. I had an appointment scheduled today for my dog. The groomer contacted me to request if I can come in earlier as she had a number of cancellations and has been trying to get a hold of me for some time (literally less than a hour between her call and my call). When I indicated I cannot make it in earlier due to work, she remarked whether she should go home and come back in? She also noted that since I am not one of her regular customers and last came in for some time, why am I coming in now as my dog is old and blind and she is concerned. I found her demeanor and comments to be rude, and I am totally appalled. If this is how she speaks to people, I can't imagine how she may be with pets. I recommend avoiding an appointment with her (we had a good experience with another groomer before). And if the store does not rectify this, I do not recommend coming here for grooming in general.

Love this place.I’ve been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. The groomers and all staff are amazing. Now we got a new puppy and will most definitely be taking her there

My cat always gets treated well for grooming. It can be a bit expensive though. Overall, we appreciate the hard work and care for our pet.

Dario who works at the store was super nice and helpful! We were in a rush looking for a crate and he helped us find the perfect one. He also helped us assemble it. I truly appreciate it.

We had an amazing experience with Oriana :) She had great knowledge of all the different dog and puppy food, as our puppy has a sweet potato allergy.

I called to get help getting a delivery to my senior mom who lives nearby. The store was SUPER helpful. One of their employees made sure my mom got her kitty litter delivery personally. She made a real difference for my mom and I that day, during a challenging time. Thank you.

I took my dog for the first time to the groomer at this location. She did an excellent on my cocker spaniel, I was very pleased with the results. The groomer was very patient & gentle. I will definitely go back there again in a couple of months to the same groomer.

I won’t use anyone but Joanne. She’s looked after 2 of my dogs for years and her service is excellent. My only complaint about the store is they never answer the phone.

Love it in here! Petvalu is always great, this is my home location and has never failed me. Walk in nail cuts are great and they will order anything I need that isn't in stock and it comes in less than a week. Very kind, knowledgeable staff who seem like they actually care about what pets are eating. They also have some pocket pet, reptile, fish and bird things here which is helpful

I want my money back. They butchered my cat, I asked for a uniform hair cut and went to quickly pick up my cat. When I got home I checked her out and this is the $90 dollar grooming. Unbelievable!
