The workers are very very rude. I needed to return my dress the same day I bought it. I didn’t even leave the mall and they would not give me my money back, claiming it’s a part of their store policy. On entering the store The girl who rang me out didn’t give me a physical copy of the receipt in order to do the return and they didn’t offer to accommodate in any way for employee error. They made excuses when told that they have to print the receipts at the day end for the store anyway, saying that there’s no way for them to reprint the receipt.Terrible store, rude employees, the clothing is way overpriced for the same quality you get at Forever 21.Awful customer service. Do not recommend

I was going through all the reviews and I am sorry for all those who have not had a good experience at Honey Square one. I, on the contrary have been a regular customer for over 3 years and I have only had a great service from each and every staff member in this location. They call me when new items arrive and is my style, they give me their honest opinion and most importantly they are very friendly. While I love all of the girls there, special thanks goes to Selma who is always helping me choose my items and keeps recommending new items for me as soon they have been unboxed! She is such a darling! This is not the employees problem but ismainly a HO one, I would admit the items are overpriced especially for the quality, their sales are bad as they don't generally have great deals that would be considered to be a steal! It would also be great if they had a special discount, pricing, or service for the vip customers who are regulars and shop a lot with them- a loyalty program with redeemable $ is also nice.

I have bought blouse and a skirt in this location and after one use and carefully washed the skirt has been damaged. I have written an email for them regarding this and they wasn’t helpful at all. Don’t buy anything from Honey Clothing as it’s only one time wear. Rather buy something from cheaper clothing brand or a better brand, any other brand will happy to help you if something has been damaged only one time wear use !

I finally had a great experience at this branch thanks to the Sales Associate Kiera… she made me feel welcome and assisted me with my choosing of what I was looking to try on and purchase. I usually just walk out after no one acknowledges me but Thanks to her( Kiera) I’ll look to shop at this branch again instead of going downtown. To the one in CF Eaton.

Honey Boutique needs to look into the manager and employees at this location. They are extremely unprofessional and ignorant. Here is a detailed review of the WORST customer service experience I have ever had:I ordered a gown online and was told by email that it was ready to be picked up. I went in to the store, and was told by a sales representative (who claimed to be the manager) that she did not have my order.She then kept saying That must be a scam" and then went on to accuse me of fraud and creating a fake honey email because she did not know exactly who the customer service representative was. What type of sales person immediately jumps to accusing a customer of FRAUD rather than investigating first? Completely unacceptable to accuse a customer of that!She then proceeded to help other customers instead of helping us find a replacement dress. Even stepping in front of us to talk to another customer while we were using the mirror. I have read reviews about racism experienced here

Staff was accommodating. Had what I wanted. Tend to be over priced for what you get but you can always find cute things here if your willing to pay the tag.

I never usually leave reviews, but after my experience here, I have too. The manager (short with accent) is absolutely vile. When a customer who didn't like how the clothes looked on her left with nothing, I overheard the manager comment her looks and body type so horribly (I don't feel comfortable typing it out). I understand that she probably has nothing else going on in her life but working at an over priced fast fashion store, but it's 2023, get a grip. I walked out immediately.

The girls here will lie to get the sales. Was going to purchase a dress for my daughter and the girl kept finding more expensive things for her to try and telling her she look good in it even when the zipper didn't fit. They told her no one can see the zipper that much and it looks great on her. My daughter felt so uncomfortable because she know the girl was lying as she already found the dress she looked beautiful in but it was $100 less than the dress the girl was making her try and to buy when it was not even her size. Train your people better. Good experiences will make you money not lies being so pushy and putting little girls in dresses that are not their size just for more money.

What an amazing service i Received from Leslie , very sweet helpful . She made sure my mother was completely Comfortable . She showed me beautiful dresses to fit me well . Very impressed with all the girls working there . girls are amazing there , loved my Purchase had so much fun there .

Had a great experience with Sarah today, I needed a dress urgently and I walked out extremely satisfied with her suggestion and customer service.
