We are delighted with our Lufa products. It's true that you have to look every week - it's the principle of subscriptions. The minimum order is really small. The products are generally of very good quality and, in addition, local. Great customer service!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unless you like being ripped off don’t use this service. I had changed my address for delivery, Lufa did not update it and charged me $110 for groceries sent to the incorrect address.This easily could have been remedied since I called the delivery company within 2-3 hours of delivery. That company, Zengo, brushed me off and told me to call Lufa. Lufa did not answer repeated calls ( 10), voicemails (3) or emails ( 3) for nearly a week.I finally received a response via email, basically blaming me for not reaching out on their contact form. When I informed them that I had left 2-3 requests on the contact form, called, left messages they quickly pivoted, blamed me for the error and basically said F-off.Charming company customer service. Don’t waste your time with these clowns.

Do NOT order from them. I tried their free basket for 5$ to try it out. A month later I got charge 19.99 without my consent i have no idea what it is. Scamming company. Beware!

I Didn’t order one week, got home late from work and didn’t make it. They sent me 6 items of lettuce. I never order lettuce. When emailed to find a solution, I got a pre-written email telling me to get an sms alert to not forget again.This service is better avoided.

They keep delivering items I never ordered. They don’t allow you to customize. The delivery guy was horrible . He left my basket on the street because there were a few steps of stairs to my doorstep. He was very rude. He hates his job obviously.

I have placed orders with Lufa Farms since 2013. I stopped ordering as regularly when my pick-up point moved to a location a bit too far from my home a number of years ago, but became a dedicated weekly subscriber once again after switching to home delivery early last year. Having read some of the less positive reviews, I thought it might be helpful to clarify a few points:- Lufa Farms' website is excellent and orders are fully customizable; yes, you have to order a minimum amount and the website's marketplace" automatically suggests a basket of goods that cover this amount

I would love to love Lufa. There is just not enough choices for me, and the quality/price ratio isn’t good.

Use to like this service, but now it seems it does not matter what you order they just give you what they feel like. Twice my baskets have come with stuff I did not order and what I did order was missing. It wasn’t just one thing, but multiple items milk, eggs, Alfredo sauce, sausage,beer etc. Once, I can overlook and say mistakes happen, but this is getting ridiculous and becoming too frequent.

Most of the items received were rotten or just not fresh . Pictures of oranges at ferme Lufa compared to an orange at the groceries.It took 7 days to get a refund with a lot of back and forth and pictures to prove it. The customer service was really to not industry standard.On top of this , they just leave all bins without taking the previous one and you end up stuck with it. They tell you to drive and go give the bin back to not be charge for it……

Great products and produce of excellent quality. I wish I could keep using this service but have repeated issues with delivery people not respecting instructions, leaving boxes in the entry way or lobby and calling me every time before delivery (and still not able to deliver). Not only is this inconvenient but then returning baskets becomes my responsibility when it was an error of the delivery people adding stress to a service that should be easy and straightforward. Bring the weekly basket, return the old one.I've made complaints, spoke to cs reps and the issue is still unsolvable. Will have to cancel my subscription after I return this basket since I cannot do so with a basket in possession.
