Excellent customer service at the Les Promenades location! The entire team was very helpful and engaged and provided my partner & I with the help we needed. Even though it was busy in the store, the staff still made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great staff helping you out choosing your glasses! The environnement is nice and simple. I would totally recommend it for anyone who wants a good quality glasses for affordable price (cost me 217,50$ taxes includes for 2 pairs with prescription)The only cons is the wait for the shipping

Bonlook has a great concept! but i fear they might be victims of their own success. i have been waiting for my glasses since oct. 23rd.i initailly went to les promenades to oick a frame and then be seen by an optiician. it was soooo busy. we had to wait a little, that's fine. i receved a call on the monday saying they had a glitch on the computer system and they lost my bifocal mesurements. fine. i go back a week later to the rideau centre to fix that issue and they did not have a optician working that day. not fine... wow that threw me for a loop!i then returned another time when an optician was there and they fixed it,i received a very inaudible message from the promenade store yesterday and i guess they are ready. hoping all goes well.

Excellent service at Promenade location. They have great selection of designs in different colours and fairly affordable. The associates are exceptionally helpful. Great experience overall.

Excellent customer service. The little girl that usually wears a turban was really helpful. She really took her time to help me choose the right glasses. I wish her all the best in her career .

Excellent selection of quality frames at affordable prices. Professional Optometrist provided advice, took my measurements, and prepared my order. Options were explained clearly, with no pressure, and lenses will be manufactured by Hoya Labs in Canada and returned to store in 10-15 days for fitting by the optometrist. Appointments easily booked online.
