My husband and I would recommend Superior Plumbing to anyone looking for honest and hard-working guys! They came to our rescue after a major pipe issue in our house under our foundation. The team took care of us in a timely manner and was very professional. We will use them in the future for sure. Good to know there are companies out there who do quality work and you can trust the integrity of your home!

Superior Plumbing did a great job clearing and repairing our main sewer, which was clogged with tree roots and was backing up water into the shower. They explained every step, from the camera to find the clog, to the machinery used to clean out the pipe, materials being used, etc. When the issue took an unexpected turn, they made sure we understood what the next steps were. In the long run, the issue is solved and we are more than happy with the service and can highly recommend this company!

I am very happy that I chose to give Superior Plumbing & Heating a call in order to have a new furnace installed in my home when I made the decision to do so. The crew took the time to evaluate the heating requirements of my home, after which they suggested the most suitable unit for me and explained everything in great detail. The installation was performed perfectly, and once they were through, they cleaned up any mess, leaving my home in immaculate condition. Will get back in touch with them if there is a requirement for it.

Think twice before calling Superior Plumbing. We called them for a quote for work to be done. It was not an emergency but a planned project. Superior charges $99 plus tax to come out and give a quote, but they will take that off the price of the job if we booked with them. Well they came to our house and provided a quote for $3,500 for the job. And when we said no, they offered the name of someone that would do it cash/under the table. (Unprofessional!) We received a second quote from another company and it was for $700. Superior Plumbing over-priced my quote by a ridiculous amount because either they didn't want to do the job, or they make their money giving $99 quotes all day long. I would not recommend them.

Really pleased with Superior Plumbing's promptness, friendliness, and attention to detail. Following the initial evaluation, they fixed two problems on the subsequent visit, assisted me in getting the necessary parts, and were upfront and honest about the price and timing. Respect their professionalism and excellent work. This plumbing business was excellent. I appreciate all of your efforts; the plumber was very competent and tidy. We are quite fortunate to have such straightforward, trustworthy, and skilled plumbers in the region.
