Amazing customer service at this location by the manager Toriya, she went above and beyond and made the whole experience go great. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Also, Zachariah was awesome to deal with, he took me to the place to pick up my car and didn’t feel it the whole ride was awkward at anytime. We had a great conversation. Keep it up, guys. Thank you to both of you.

Why would you allow to make a reservation at 5pm if you are going to lock the front door and hide hide behind the screen & use an iphone to see if the customer has left???? I booked the pickup at 5pm and was 5 min late because traffic …. FIVE MINUTES!!!!!!!!!I’m guessing the employee with the blue striped ford GT would rather hide than to deal with one more customer!

After my car was in an accident, I was happy to find that Ella and the rest of the enterprise team was happy to help me out and get me into a rental during the repairs! Ella walked me through everything, was extremely helpful, and got me into a Kia Seltos which I enjoyed my time with! When I returned the vehicle after the repairs, Ella was again able to quickly help me get the car checked over and have me driven to my repair shop. Phenomenal service!

Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient on the day I visited. The gentleman that helped me had a positive attitude, was funny and I could tell he enjoyed his job. Would definitely rent from Enterprise again

amazing customer service, I thought the process would take a while but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Big shoutout to Zach he handled everything for me, answered all the questions I had, gave me all the information I needed, and greeted me with a smile on his face from the first step. Went with enterprise on Friday to rent a 6 seater for 1 day. All I can say is that I experienced the best service I have ever had renting a vehicle. I have to give the greatest commendations to Luke, Jake and Ella! All were simply amazing from start to finish even with me having serious mechanical issues with the vehicle that was rented. The professionalism and care expressed by these individuals were top tier. I stand by the fact these three individuals by far could make me rent anything that enterprise in Cambridge could offer. Even a unicycle! Keep up the amazing work and again thank you all!

The staff here are all amazing! I dealt with three different team members and they were all focused on my customer expirence and made what was a hard time super easy. I was in a car accident where insurance had arranged a rental for me and they called me first thing in the morning and had a shuttle immediately for me making everything to pleasant and relaxing after a very terrible time. Thank you to your fabulous staff for going above and beyond.

Top Notch customer service… I had no intentions of needing a rental, but after a collision I needed one… I arrived and was immediately greeted by a smiling face, the captain of the Enterprise introduced himself (Lucas) and asked how he could help… I explained my situation, gave him my DL, he scanned it into his tablet, asked a few questions, I asked for a particular vehicle, he shifted a few things and before you know it was driving away in my rental. They added some, gas, air in the tires, the vehicle came with a Clorox wipe, it was super clean to start with… Enterprise on Hespeler has not only stellar customer service, but it has lots of parking, has easy access off Hespeler Road or Hwy 24. They have a dandy selection of cars as well.
