I have been with Statefarm/Desjardins for 10 years. I will never go to another company. I have had a few accidents and never once have they made it feel like it was my fault or made it difficult for me to make a claim. I have my child insured due to her first year driving and my agent (Magda) made things so easy to add her to my policy. There has been a few times I’ve had to call and it was like I was calling a friend to vent to tell her my home flooded. She calmed me down and gave me the best advice she could. If it weren’t for this company I do not think I would have gotten through my car catching fire to the accidents I’ve been in to my house flooding. Each time I have called in it has been so easy and fast to make a claim and never had to call to check to see what happened didn’t have to call to see about a rental car they had everything set up and ready to go! Absolutely amazing people!
