Awful service ! Full prices, no reservation booked when we checked-in. No breakfast included like it was said online... and finally no breakfast at all ! And the cherry on the cake : music started at 11pm downstairs (where there is a kind of bar and casino stuff), no soundproofing in the room ! The bathroom was small and no hot water for all people on the room !Try to find another place !!

Great place. Friendly staff! Accomodating, clean and generally awesome. Would recommend to anyone willing to have a good time. Bar open from 8am to 3am... YES 8AM! Can't wait to come back and I haven't even left yet!

They have shared washrooms please pay attention when you book it. When I asked for a refund, they switched me to another room which had an attached bathroom for extra $20. It smells like smoke all over the place. Washroom had no fan. Flush doesnot work properly. It takes 5 times for dump to go down. Water stands in bathtub as drain doesnot work properly. You get ear plugs to avoid sound of party downstairs. Service was good.

Super friendly service at the front desk. The room is super clean so as the bed sheets. I took off 1 star, because one hears all noises from the room. Our room is right next to Jaques Cartier, and it’s a super busy and noisy road; every car passing by you can hear it in the middle of the night, even when the neighbors talking you can hear it. Took off the 2nd star because they didn’t offer the breakfast as we originally signed up for. In our contract, it says « petit déjeuner inclus »; but at the end, the lady works at the front said its not happening because of Covid. They should have taken the breakfast option off from their website when people first signed up.

Ok for one night. Clean small renovated rooms and bathroom. Complimentary ear plugs in the room. They have Karaoke during the week end.

We stayed one night, it was a great place, the rooms were fully equipped and very clean. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.(We stayed mid week and didn't experience any noise at all - and they supply earplugs in all the rooms anyway).Thanks guys and see you next time!

The old gentleman, as their staff, broke into my room at 11:52pm, when I was taking a bath in the washroom, even though I had closed my door well, and he tried to chase me into the washroom. He spoke French only, so I didn’t know exactly what happened, but as I understand, that doesn’t justify what has happened.

We booked one night in this hotel. Where do I start rooms have shared bathroom so pay attention to that. The place is old bad smell everywhere. Smoke smell in the room unbearable . No sound proofing for the rooms if they have a party in the bar under expect to not sleep until 3 am . They give you ear plugs but they are not enough out bed was moving and people smoking down brought the smell to all the rooms . Never again . Do not recommend.
