Best place on earth. This store makes me happy even when it takes all of my money. They have great items and have really expanded to quality goods in most departments. Great way to get some retail therapy without necessarily breaking the bank. :)

Went on December 9 and the tellers don't understand English. Asked for a reusable bag and she gave me a plastic one. Hire people that can speak English. They lost me as a Customer and never again will shop at this store. Don't think they would know what a Title is? I am the only member of the Royal House in Canada. They have no knowledge what they sell in the store.

Staff at Lawson Mall location are very rude. I had looked up the hours online before going there. The Dollarama website says open until 10 pm. Google also says open until 10 pm. It was 9 pm and a woman was yelling at me that they were closing. Other shoppers were also confused, thinking there was still an hour left. No announcement over an intercom or anything, just a cranky staff member going down the aisles yelling at customers. Very unpleasant experience!
