Great cultural club right in the city. Food is also great and prices are quite fair. Lunch options are always changing and giving you a flavor of traditional Alentejo dishes!

Casa Do Alentejo Community Centre
I've been to this venue for Latin socials and it's one of the better spots due to the high ceilings and decent air circulation (in the main room). It seems like the smaller rooms can be more of a sweat box if enough ppl are in there. There's also rooms I haven't even seen so I can't fully comment on all the venue has to offer.

Casa Do Alentejo Community Centre
Portuguese Cultural center that hosts concerts, festivals and events. It also has multiple halls that can be rented out for events and awesome on-site catering. The bar/lounge area is a good place for a no nonsense Portuguese plate on the weekend, topped off with an espresso to keep you going. Also hosts a Portuguese school.
