Twas amazing as always, a little pricy but is worth it!

What a riot , the kids had a blast. The staff were all dressed and ready to freak out everyone lol.

Avoid at all costs. Parking was terrible. Inside totally packed - minimum 30 minutes lineup for cashier to buy your costume.

I was in the store on Friday when I found out there was no returns or exchange any more and no changing room, I put my costume back, when I was leaving the blond woman at the door, looked at me and said you didnt buy anything, I said no I got treated like a criminal at the door , she completely searched me infront of everyone and seen I didnt take anything, all she could say oh not good.

i went today and had a rude experience with the workers, my little sister hadn’t seen the sign to not try on the masks and was just holding it to show my mom and the worker came up and snatched it out of her hands and told her in a rude manner to not try them on. They walked away with another worker and laughed, it hurt my sisters feelings and we were tempted not to purchase anything. also one of the things i bought fell apart immediately.

Terrible experience. Shopping with my boyfriend and my brother and the security woman came up to my brother and told him had to leave with no explanation. The girl making cotton candy then proceeded to tell us we have to leave because we’re not welcome and the cops are coming, still with no explanation. Im still shaking and if I wasn’t I would be returning my purchase. Everything is way over priced anyways

Absolutely horrible customer service. Doubt the owner has ever had any customer service experience in her life. Everyone was astoundingly rude.

The staff and manager Cheryl are extremely rude and unprofessional. I purchased a costume last night for $50 when the sticker said $36.99. When I questioned the wrong price the cashier sent the manager Cheryl back to check the prices, Cheryl used her radio to tell the cashier that I picked the only costume priced wrong so I would have to pay full price. As I was leaving I noticed Cheryl walking up to the front with all the other costumes off the shelf, when she seen me she quickly began walking the other way. I then pointed this out to the cashier asking if they actually were all priced “correctly” since Cheryl was taking them all off the shelf. The cashier said; she’s the manager and wouldn’t lie. I went back today to speak with the manager and get a refund as this did not sit well with me and she lied to me and told me she showed me the prices of the other costumes which is why she took them off the shelf. I told her that this in fact did not happen and she began yelling at me telling me to get out of the store and that she will not be called a liar. It was absolutely humiliating.

5 star, I purchased two costumes yesterday for lastnight , one turned out defective and I wasn't able to wear, I was just in Kamloops to see my in laws for a Halloween party and heading back to Vancouver. I explained the situation to the owner that my costume is defective and I did not wear it, she understood my situation and issued a refund for me. Good customer service. I underatand she deals with annoying customers all day that buy costumes and return it next day but she handled my situation great. Thank you

Cool costumes and decor but super expensive. Had a 20% off coupon emailed to me that said it was good for in store use, Manager was super rude, would not honour the code- even though it was directly from their site. Disappointing service.
