They have a lot of selection of supreme quality products. Price is reasonable. Owner is very friendly and she gives good recommendations!

We walked in and was barely greeted by a lady sitting behind the desk. I knew what I wanted, had been to 4 other hardwood stores and was just doing my due diligenceInstead of leaving her desk, she leaned half laying on the counter while texting and answering my questions. Worst customer service. Selection is very poor for hardwood. I need 800sq ft and instead of offering to order and let me know how long it would take, she just said no. You're better off going to Oasis a little further up Woodbine where the service is amazing. Cheers.

They screw up the customer for price ,I ask them about flooring price they said 3.96 , next time after 3 week I asked them again they said 4.50 , today I asked them price they say 4.70 !!! They are there for screw up the customer , service is so poor and Unprofessional , I feel very bad to back to that store , I’m not recommending to buy something from there or be carful about the price !!!
