Mill Bay Towing
Picked up my car after an accident. Wouldn't let me in my own car to get my stuff because I didn't 'phone ahead'. Even though I did phone ahead and was told to come anytime. The clown in the yard was extremely rude about it and refused to cooperate. When I finally got my car back there were cigarette butts in it and a spilled coffee cup on the floor. Unreal they are still in business.

My vehicle overheated, and then eventually broke down just after the south Shawnigan Lake turnoff; right to the side of the merging lane. I was in a blue/silver two-tone 1973 VW Super Beetle.To my gratefulness, Millbay Towing eventually came to my rescue. Specifically, the driver by the name of Michael" (or just Mike); not only did he use every means within his power to make an expedient appearance (even legally using the shoulder lane with his emergency vehicle lights) to get to me in a prompt time

Not very reliable. Locked out of my truck and they said they were not taking calls after 5 pm, unless police or ambulance and that I’d have to wait until next day, though they were contracted out to my roadside assistance .. yeah, reliable for who?.. no respect for the human person.. only for establishment

Came out for a blown tire which ended up being more complicated. Eventually 2 drivers worked a long time and very carefully to get us back on the road. These folks are great problem solvers and really nice people.

Would never use them watch out the dispatch gave us a quote that was completely different than when they had the car on it was almost double wasn’t the tow truck drivers fault he was awesome than asked to bring it to the ferrie and it was outrageous so I drove it than missed the ferrie and the car over heated don’t waist ur time with this joke company

My car stopped running properly on my way to work. They were quick, efficient and very kind. Never thought I'd feel so respected and cared for. A lot like the moving company slogan Burly men with big hearts.. (little frazzled from the heat and car issues but I Believe their names were Brett and Donald)

I had engine probs while travelling last evening about 60 km from home and called Mill Bay Towing on recommendation of a family member; I received exemplary prompt service and the dispatch made sure I had someone to get me home. My vehicle was taken to to my repair shop in Victoria and I received confirmation of what was happening throughout the process. Made my first towing incident an easy one! The driver Mike was very reassuring.

I got a tow from mill bay to Victoria and they came much quicker than expected! Obviously when your car breaks down it is unsettling and I was very anxious but Donald was very kind and professional and made me feel more calm as we chatted on the way back to Victoria. Would recommend!
