I’ve been here a couple times and I’ve had two very different experiences. The first time was horrible. Waited in line for about 10 minutes with no one ahead of me. When someone finally opened up, I was told that I didn’t have enough information to do a transfer. All I was missing was one, easily Googled or searched piece of information, and I was told I would have to get it and come back another time. By then, the line had a few people in it, so I gave up and did a transfer online.The second time was better; someone was there to greet me and someone was able to see me in less than 2 minutes. They were friendly, but pretty slow, compared to other branches I’d been to.Very inconsistent branch, sometimes good, sometimes bad; I’m just glad I don’t come here that often.

Have only ever had bad experiences at this location, the tellers are rude and very unhelpful. After having Trish tell me she couldn’t help me and talk down at me, I called RBC and they were able to help me quickly and gave amazing service over the phone!

I don't know why this branch has so many bad reviews. I went with my fiancé to opem a bank account and all the staff who attended us was very helpful, polite, and professional (specially Alex)

The teller, May, was helping me out was quite slow and unorganized. I handed out my RBC debit card, typical protocol, because I needed some US denominations. She took so long to count the money even though she had the currency-counting machine. While May was counting the money in the corner, she asked me to come and see her, which was totally fine but she forgot to hand my RBC debit card back prior to seeing her counting the money in the corner. She should know better to give my RBC debit card back for security purposes. So when we got back to the front teller, she asked me if we wanted to count the money again and I said, “Yes”. I didn’t like the way she commented, “You look confused”. Honestly, I was annoyed the way she handled my transaction. It looked as if it was her first day at work. I wasn’t impressed at all and I was about to walk out of the premises.

Friendly staff helped me get set up in about a half hour. I transfered some USD from my old bank (the tax might have been a bit much, not sure) and it is pending. The $60 bonus at sign up promotion" required tons of paper work and tax filing to the point it was not worth the effort. Mobile app has been "under maintenance" constantly

Extremely rude customer service and asking unneccessary questions and information as though they are trying to accuse you of something rather than wanting to help you out. Disgusting behaviour and RBC should be embarrased of their employees at this location. Huge disgrace and save yourself the horrible interaction and avoid this location.

Do not bank here. I’ve been in 4 separate times all at different times of the day. MINIMUM 6 clients in line with no more than 2 tellers - sometimes just 1 teller. Expect a 30 minute wait every time you need to speak to a human being. Their mid management staff sit in their offices, doing what? Not helping that’s forsure.

The front desk staff is good and they help a lot. The manager however isn't if you have a small or big problem the manger isn't useful at all, she doesn't even help you and acts like she owns the bank.

Had to come to this branch three times to fix my bank card issue and each time told it was fine and surprise it was not. The third time I went back was pretty much told must be the place your going and said nothing they can do so still no working bank card and surprise it’s just not that store it’s every time I use my card.Horrible don’t care about helping people and blame the customer and no ownership.
