Dropped of my taxes and was told they been done in 48 hours. 3 days later still had problems brought them the thing they needed and was told the wrong info on filling common law with one person who has bankruptcy. Ended up wait 1.5 hours for somebody else and eventually too my papers else where with no problems

I used to file my taxes with Joe (now retired) and now have gone to Delia. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. She was professional and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend seeing Delia for filing your taxes.

What a ripped off I never got my seniors discount charge me 90 dollars than another 20 dollar for there phony bank and here I'm sitting waiting for my hst check to be put on my card and it's supposed to de there today on the 5 of July. I sure will not go back to h&r block ever again what a bunch of phoney and this morning I called and they told me to wait until this afternoon and it's 4:30 and I still have not received my money

Been going to this facility for years, would not recommend anymore they could not find papers, highly disorganized. Save your time and go somewhere else. If 0 was an option I would have rated it that.

We had an appointment have a basic return and we were placed with a new person who is obviously under trained. It has taken 2 hours to have our taxes completed because the lady doesn't know what she's doing and needs to keep asking for help. Not to mention she spent too much straightening our paper work multiple times. We go here every year and this has been the worst experience ever. Please train your staff better.
