My partner and I purchased our first home in October 2021. As it was our first time buying a house, we were unsure of what steps to take and how the process worked. Sarah was so amazing to work with, and made the experience quick, easy, and efficient for us. She was always quick to reply to messages, had great recommendations for mortgage specialists and lawyers, and she was super kind and knowledgeable. We would recommend her to anyone!

Sarah was unbelievably accommodating and easy to work with during this super stressful time in our life. We had a complicated ask with a lot of specifics we needed in our real estate search, as well as selling our other home at the same time. Sarah provided incredible support both buying and selling, was available any time of the day and night to talk too, went above and beyond her job to try to help any way she could and always checked in to see how we were doing throughout the process. She offered to come help clean our home and she staged it for us on her own, and with her help we not only sold our home for way above asking price with only 2 days on the market, but also helped us secure a new home despite us also being in a multiple offer situation. This was our second time using Sarah for our real estate needs and have successfully purchased two homes and sold one with her help, and we can’t imagine the process without her.

We started working with Sarah to find our home in April 2021. We had very specific things in mind that we were looking for in our first home. Sarah worked very hard to help us find each and every one of those things. She was so responsive and always only a text/ call away if we had any questions or concerns. She made time to drive outside of town with us to view each and every home we wanted to see. We found our home in May 2021. Sarah was very supportive in the closing process as we had a few major road blocks. It all worked out in the end and we are very happy to be currently living in our picture perfect dream home! It’s everything we wanted and we are so thankful for all of Sarah’s help to make our dream a reality!

Sarah is the best! She has always been the most helpful and is very dedicated. She was always available to assist and answer calls and questions as we went through countless viewings before we found the right house. I look forward to working with her again in the future!

Sarah is absolutely amazing! She certainly went above and beyond for us with both the buying and selling process and 10/10 recommend her to everyone. From working through inspection items to providing a hug to calm my nerves, she was there!
