I love trying products and giving feedback at this establishment. The staff is friendly and run the testing very effectively and with respect to the testers. It is close to home for me and i can book appointments that fit my schedule.

Easy to register and attend. Times for tests are very accurate. Friendly staff.

Take some of the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Their logic is fuzzy at best. Some tl;dr complaints is much ado about nothing and just sounds miserable and ungrateful.If you have behavior problems, then don't bother to apply.It's a focus group, testing various food stuff. So basically you're paid to eat free snack size to meal size foods, then give your opinions on it.Unfortunately since the pandemic they pay in visa reward cards (reward cards have expire dates).My reason for 3/5 score is sometimes you're disqualified only due to scheduling. Instead of giving the option to pick another time slot. They make you waste time qualifying for the same study in different time slots. This can happen multiple times, before there isn't any studies left to try, extremely annoying. That's if the study is not filled up yet. Other than that I would've given them a 5/5I've always been recieved by a professional staff, who were always friendly, and helpful. I've been going there for a few years now.Be polite to them, they'll be polite right back, no big deal.

Great company that pays you to taste test food products. Love how you can control if you attend or not attend an event or if you need to reschedule you can do all that on your own on the website. The receptionist there can be a little standoffish and miserable at times as she is not very warm and always seems to have on a serious tense expression but forget that as you are there for the food and the money.

Don't get accepted all the time but I mean you qualify for what you qualify for right? They handle you professionally and make sure to practice a safe and healthy environment

Well run taste test company. Loved every time I qualified to work with them. I even got invited to test nutritional supplement drinks after turning 66. If you can answer simple questions on computer about delicious new food products, 45 minutes or less can earn you typically $20 cash.

Very frustrating business to deal with. I go as a lab rat for a general gratuity of $30 each (a couple of weeks ago they tried dropping it again to $25 but bumped back to $30) I suspect they didn't have enough interested people at that rate. Suggestion, you are looking for slaves not patrons.Generally a quick little questionaire and very standard to them all. Their computers are tiny little machines. Fine but if you are asking someone to key out their opinions you might want to provide real keyboards. The system behind the online questionaire is touchy at times. Quirky in that it simply won't take your responses for short times as I think it is being overloaded having that many users at one time. In-House server I assume or some cheap VPS (virtual private server) service.The written instructions are very poorly written. It is in this messy heap of repetitive steps with nice read coloured letters and capitalized letters with bolded letters lol. You would think a child had put it together.Now with the pandemic you get these prepaid Visa cards. Good luck setting up online to view the balance. Their service continually loses your account information after setting it up. Database management issue or just the incompetent people running this joke. I don't know which but I am going with the latter.My suggestion, avoid this place. They are clearly in it for themselves and as a prospective company looking to utilize such a service. I highly suggest you keep looking. Professional is the farthest thought on my mind when it comes to Contract Testing Inc.

Facility is well run. Reception can be a bit terse and sometimes a little rude.
