My cut experience with Florian was great!I am very meticulous about my hair and He was even more meticulous than me!He listened to what I wanted and put so much time and effort to make sure my hair looks exactly what I wanted.

I love coming here, had four different stylists. I had bad luck booking time that matched Olivier and Alex schedule, but they were my favourites:) Didier was very nice, friendly, patient, great haircut. Michele unfortunately surprised me overly expensive paid almost 200$ for a 10 min haircut.

I love this excellent salon and, especially I admire Tanguy. He is experienced and very attentive to each detail. He is an excellent colorist and stylist.I never had a better hairstyle.

Tanguy is the most attentive, professional and talented colorist I have come across. They have great stylists! I had my hair cut by two stylists there. I only knew what length I wanted and what kind of haircuts I like on other people. Both stylists gave me great haircuts that required no maintenance or styling after it!

Giant waste of time. Have been to this studio before so I have a file there, I booked an appointment, came in and was immediately turned away because they didn't have someone on staff to actually work on my hair, despite confirming the appointment. How about leaving a voicemail next time instead of calling once, then sending a confirmation text AND email and not making people waste their time traveling in to town for nothing.Edit. Studio keeps claiming they left a message but they did not. All I got was a missed call followed immediately by a text confirming the appointment, in addition to an email confirming the same, shame in me for not magically knowing that meant they actually werent confirming it. They turned me away at the door, despite being booked for a haircut too. Maybe they had no one there who cuts hair either? A mystery!

I am writing this review to inform new customers to ask up front what the cost of the services will be. The prices listed on the website are misleading. I scheduled a foil and cut/blow dry for August 22. According to the prices on the website the color would be from $120" and the women's cut/blow dry would be "from $65". I was shocked when my total bill came to $289.74. That is before the expected 15-20% tip for the shampooer
