First experience with Lancaster to check my car brakes. Friendly, informative and honest. At the end there were no issues with the brakes and they didn't even charge me for the inspection services. I will definitely come back here if I need any other car maintenance. Highly recommend.

AVOID. Either they're clueless amateurs at diagnostics or are scamming liars. Did several unnecessary, costly 'repairs' that never solved the problem. Check engine light & same error code kept reappearing after a day or two. Spent a few grand for nothing back in 2017-18. Then thankfully found an honest, KNOWLEDGEABLE mechanic elsewhere in Burlington who knew right away what the issue was & swiftly repaired it on the first go. Told me he's corrected A LOT of this shop's many other dissatisfied customers' vehicles.Really should have filed a small claims court action against these clowns, am peeved for not taking the time to do so.

I called quite a few places to price new winter tires for my new car. Lancaster offered the best value by far. The process was quick and seamless. After I left the shop, I discovered a vibration once I got on the highway. A quick call later and they rectified the issue right away. I am one very happy customer.

Great service. I always get my tires changed and stored here. The service is very friendly. I'm getting another car but in the meantime I needed a necessary repair. The cost was very minimal and I think would have been much more elsewhere. I appreciate such honest service. I would highly recommend Lancaster tire. My daughter loves them as well.

I have been using Lancaster for over 10 years and the service has always been excellent. They are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and professional. More importantly they are people that I can trust to tell me exactly what I need or do not need. I had been informed by a dealership that I needed new brakes, when I asked Lancasters to check them when I was having my tires changed they told me that I had over 70% usage left. Since then I don't let anyone else look at my cars. Thanks for the years of great service! Your guys are great!
