A very good place if you are shopping to update your bathroom. they have bathroom furniture and fittings like faucets and sinks and vanities. Plus a fair selection of quartz and granite tops for vanities. They also have top quality kitchen cabinets though the selection is limited. They are flexible in changing vanity topsA few years ago I would’ve given them 5 stars as their cabinet quality was amazing. Almost like hand crafted ones. They are still very very good and cabinet drawers are dovetailed construction but....Overall their prices are better than almost all competitors.

We checked out most of the stores in the city and were so impressed with the products and prices at Gus's. So happy with our renovation, thanks again to the wonderful staff for all your help with our project!

Shame On YouWe purchased a $1800 vanity from this place in July 2016 and it was available for pick-up in August 2016. We had it professionally installed by contractors who were completely redoing 2 bathrooms in a new home we had recently purchased.By March the unit began showing severe cracks. I sent a letter to Gus's asking if they would replace the unit or, come and get it and reimburse me. Keep in mind that we had this professionally installed so now we are looking the cost of having an electrician and plumber return to uninstall the old one and install a new one.This is the response I received from Gus's head office. Solid Wood Vanities and Wood Hutches are not covered under Warranty. This would be caused by the humidity levels in the house.Our cost on a hutch is $495.00 and we can sell you a new hutch at cost as an option or I would suggest for a fast and easier fix then purchasing a new hutch

Absolutely, no interest in our customer satisfaction from the store manager; mostly dismissive attitude towards our concerns. After several attempts, they still could not drill/cut my custom vanity top to required measurements. Initially with the first top, center faucet hole and undermount sink was not centered on 26 quartz top (a full 1/2" off). When top had to be returned to have the H & C lever holes drilled out

Buyer beware! These guys make you pay for their mistakes. I ordered shower glass and quartz walls from the Ottawa store. Such a mistake of mine. I was supposed to be a lucky customer because my order was in stock and I picked it up in 3 weeks with a rented truck. Yes but no. In a few days, the store called me and asked me if I had all the glass. It turned out one was missing. They had forgotten to give it to me, and since they repeated multiple times that a delivery service was not available, I had to rent the truck again. I told myself: OK mistakes happen

I will never buy from this store again.They do not stand behind their product. I bought a corner shower kit. They loaded it at the store in my truck. I was told that I had to be careful unloading the acrylic shower sides and to use two people to unload it. They loaded it and my wife and I unloaded it. When I opened the packaging the unit had a 2 foot crack in the fibreglass. I call the store and John basically said it was my fault. The packaging of the fibreglass was terrible and provided no support to the structure which is why they said two persons should handle it. John said that he would not accept a return and I would have to pay another $600 for a replacement even though they loaded it unstrapped into the back of my truck.Here is is email to me: I personally inspected that shower wall and installed the valve on it. It didn't leave the store with a 3 ft crack. We load all walls into trucks this way with the flanges down, in an A" shape

Great customer service! Staff was very helpful. I recently redone my kitchen and absolutely love the results. I have had many compliments since the Reno and have recommended to my friends and family! I look forward to redoing my bathroom in the near future. Would give more then 5 stars if I could!

Terrible customer service! We were so close to purchase a bath and vanity from this store, but the poor customer service we received made us want to take our business elsewhere. The salesperson barely answered our questions and did not seem to have any knowledge on the products whatsoever. Read the other reviews, and extremely happy we dodged this bullet!

I bought a toilet and slow-close toilet seat which stopped working.Told the person there if it could be fixed he said no.Never inquired further as to when it was purchased or whatever. Absolutely no interest shown to see my receipt or offer a solution.Sorry Gus but I would not buy anything there again.Ian
