Good service

The staff overall are OK. The manager here is amazing. The store... Barron. There is nothing here, it feels like 75% of the store is dedicated to being a bell cellphone store and most of the toys, electronics, PC items... All the stuff that use to make a source a place to go is no more. They don't have any gaming (barely any) items or consoles. Sadly feel like if your going to change the source to a cellphone boutique then just change it to that and get it over with. Just a sad remenance of what it use to be.

The store manager does not have enough respect for the potential customers to bother with updating correct opening hours. Google shows Sundays' opening hours as 10am - 5pm. We drove there after checking on Google from far away location to find it closed! When we went again the next day, staff was aware of misleading information and did not care. The employees seem to be school kids on summer jobs who don't even know what is in the store. Among very limited stock, half of the TVs are not connected so you can not see the quality and resolution of the picture and the staff does not even know how to connect them. Some of the computers on display have no price tags. We wasted half an hour waiting for the staff member to find out and explain the features of a TV on display just to learn when we decided to buy it that it was not available in the store! Going there twice was a colossal waste of time and gas money! Definitely the worst of The Source' stores we've ever been to.
