Empire rescued our property a few years ago after a fire and water bombers destroyed our yard. They were so amazing we hired them again this year to upgrade a neglected area. They are professional, knowledgable and very helpful. Tyler is a gem and his crew is hard-working and very respectful. They paid attention to every little detail and they put my bird feeder in a perfect spot. They really know what they are doing.

What a team! Empire Landscaping transformed my fire charred backyard into a beautiful new haven in record time. This was an exceptional hard working, efficient team who were very astute to details and producing a stunning outcome. Tyler, (owner) was keenly focused on exceeding expectations and his employee Danny, the excavator magician, knew how to execute the plan brilliantly. I would like to thank each team member for understanding this was my home backyard and taking the care and effort to restore it, better than it was before.

We had recently moved into a new development and needed the services of a landscaper to design and complete our unfinished backyard. We had a hard time finding someone who would commit to us for one reason on another until Tyler and the Empire crew were recommended to us by one of our neighbours! We can't say enough good things about these guys. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, knowledgable and most importantly on time and on budget. We truly appreciated Tyler's communication style, which is honest and open. Tyler truly stands behind his product, and his post sales service is top notch. In fact, it's so good that he actually follows up with us from time to time to see how our plants and trees are doing, and proactively gives us tips on maintaining a healthy and lush lawn. Second job Tyler and the team did for us. This time we completely remodelled the landscaping for the front of our home, including lighting, Tree installs and design. They did such a great job Landscaping the backyard around our pool, taking into consideration our unique requests for cacti while portraying a desert style theme. Epic result!!!! We certainly wanted Empire to do the new job. This time Tyler, Lance and the team started Thursday and completed Tuesday, right on schedule. I must say, tidy, respectful, punctual and everything you could hope for when choosing a partner to do something of this nature. We are well over 100% satisfied and would refer this team to anyone looking for a superior landscaper at fair prices.

Our new unique front yard design by Empire Landscaping is a show stopper.We were very happy with the work of Todd, Brock and Devon. They went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes. Their meticulous and precise work was done in-time and on-budget. The experience of Owner Tyler helped to solve design layout issues with the sloped terrain and retaining wall.I know it was not the easiest job and quite time-consuming but the end product is stunning, you won’t believe how many cars stop and look, some even take pictures. Compliments from everyone in the neighbourhood for this unusual geometrical front yard design.We would highly recommend Empire Landscaping for any landscaping job!

After we interviewed a few companies’, we decided on Tyler with Empire Landscaping and I could not be happier with the decision.Tyler is all about customer service and so is his crew. They were Professional, Knowledgeable, Punctual, Respectful, Kind, Detailed, Hardworking and Fun.Kaiden the Forman, was so patient and would always stop at any point and be willing to answer any of our questions/ideas to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the direction and look of the yard. So much pride is taken in their work.Even though not in the plans, Mitchel extended the retaining wall and enclosed the distribution box to make sure it looked good from all angles and every corner of the yard so the yard was perfect. Always going above and beyond to make our yard amazing.We had an idea of what we wanted and they worked with us day by day and made it all happen even though we changed the scope a couple of times and added more to the list. Tyler and the crew were patient and understanding and rolled with the changes to make it happen and made sure we were 100% happy with everything.It was very difficult in the heat we had last year, but the crew did not let that interfere with the quality of work or their demeaner. Our yard is simple, classy and so amazing now. We have 3 levels of perfect.Tyler and his crew go above and beyond to make the customer happy. He is 100% customer focused and takes so much pride in his work and his company.I would recommend him and his company to everyone.He is the definition of Customer Service.

We bought a property where the front yard landscaping had been ignored by the previous owner and we had seen Empire Landscaping's signs on places we really admired. In starting the planning process, Tyler was receptive to our ideas, listened carefully to our expectations and gave us information to consider in order to finalize the project planning. We can't say enough positive things about this hardworking group of guys. From the initial removal of debris to the planting of the last shrub they were incredibly professional, friendly and respectful. The entire team was knowledgable and they delivered on the agreed timing and budget. We looked forward to seeing everything come together and throughout the project Tyler frequently kept in touch, stopped by to take photos and video (follow his work on Instagram) and answered any remaining questions we had. We were so impressed by the outcome, we had him add an additional water feature to our yard and now we've easily got one of the nicest properties on our street.
