Highly recommend! Honest, reliable, and fantastic customer service. I purchased a vehicle in 2017 from Shannon Motors. Steven went out of his way to get me financing through my bank, and out the door in a new reliable vehicle with a great price, low km, and warranty still in place. His lovely wife then went out of her way to follow me back to Nanaimo in my old vehicle to save time and the hassle of getting it home. They truly made, and still make me feel like part of their family.Jess runs the service and then some. She has always gone above and beyond, always smiling and helpful. I was sad to hear she was moving a couple years back, but much to my delight, she has returned and is still providing top notch service!I intend on purchasing and servicing all my vehicles through Shannon Motors until they retire. Trust is huge when it comes to vehicle purchases and repair, and I trust these guys 100%.

Absolutely amazing experience! I bought a trailer & I needed a commercial vehicle inspection done last minute. They were already very busy yet they went out of their way to find the time the , by putting in extra hours, to get it done for me. What customer service and a huge thank you guys! After having just crossed over on the ferry to start our new venture here on the island, we needed a car and with the very high rates for rentals, we needed one fast!! A very helpful employee at Budget told us about Shannon Motors and I'm so thankful because wow, what a great place to buy a vehicle!! Steve, our salesman was so accommodating and definitely not pushy like you hear about some car dealership guys! My husband really wanted one of their pickup trucks which put us over budget and Steve was kind enough to take a litle bit of money off the price that had already been reduced so that helped a little!! All of their vehicles were in great shape and we were able to pick the truck up at noon the next day!!!Thanks to everyone at Shannon Motors, you are an example to other dealerships of how to run a great shop!!!

Steve was the opposite of kind and professional, went in to find my grandma a car and found one we liked. When it came to purchasing I tried to negotiate, Steve wouldn’t negotiate which is fine but pretty much told me to screw off and was extremely disrespectful. Will not be recommending.
