Very nice good,clean cozy bedrooms. Friendly and very good manager. Only the price is a little bit higher than others but definitely it worth it. It was quite all the night and you will get enough peace there. They don't have restaurant so you should buy food from near by. Coffee is available in rooms. Hot tub too. We enjoyed a lot. I will go there again.

Always a good stay: clean smoke free room. Would be nice to have a desk and a few utensils.

Does the trick clean rooms and lots of beautiful mountains. That said low water power, ants in the bathroom and beds are hard as a concrete block.

This type of motel is what should be making hotel chains obsolete. Front desk staff was so friendly, I was able to easily call ahead for a reservation, and check-in was seamless & a great price (~$107 for two adults & two queen beds). Beds were incredibly comfortable and the room/bathroom were clean and fresh. There was a mini fridge and microwave, a complimentary tea/coffee station, good wifi, nice TV with cable- and probably my favourite unique aspect, a DVD player! Front office has a shelf full of dvds that are free to borrow & watch (a sign on the back of your door will tell you so). Such a nice home-y touch, if I was traveling with kids I’d be so so happy to stay here with them. As a young adult traveling home with my adult brother - not any less over the moon. Looking forward to staying here in Longview again the next time I’m on the Cowboy Trail :)

Clean room, large space with only one king bed. Poor booking system, they over booked, so my friend had to drive to another town 15 minutes away to get a room.

Very family oriented, extremely organized and very well managed family run motel. Its a small town of 307 (roughly) people, the accommodations is what you'd imagine with fond memories of visiting grandparents. The rooms are spotless, non-smoking but with a night table sized stand outside the door to each room with an ashtray (if requested), so smokers don't feel alienated, thank you. I had family stay and they had 2 double beds, with - and you've been waiting for this I know you readers have - the cleanest, freshest, like new sheets and comforter just like the crisp perfectly tempered bed you crawled into at grandparents house. And the beds are very comfortable. Room itself is inviting and has a coffee maker, fridge (not minibar), microwave, TV and a DVD player - no USB port though so don't leave the mini projector at home because they also have white walls perfect for the mini projector should you have one and it fills an entire wall just perfectly by placement a top the microwave which sits above the fridge. Its perfect distance from wall too. Price was excellent at $89 plus taxes, credit card required for file as per usual, no incidentals offered as WIFI is part in parcel of the room and is exceptionally fast for a rural community. No in-house restaurant but your within 100m of not one but 3 food options (best pizza my family and I had in over six years was served at Little New York Bistro - no exaggeration on this statement, it was seriously better than New York and Chicago's famous pizzerias), all available snacks and toiletries are at either end of the main street (Esso and Fas Gas) if needed, and at rural convenience shopping prices so don't forget the necessary toiletries. There are two options on the same street for liqueur, beer, and other spirits and Longview Famous Beef Jerky store is not called famous for nothing - if your just passing through this community its worth a stop just for the Beef Jeky alone: Its a promise you won't be disappointed in the flavors, richness and melt in your mouth perfection they create. Its rural Alberta, if your looking for the Fairmont and Fairmont Prices keep going North to Calgary and be disappointed - your 60km away from Calgary and you'll not be disappointed if you stay at the Blue Sky Motel - both family members had such a great sleep the first night they decided to stay a second night specifically because they had such a comfortable, clean, relaxing and enjoyable first night and had not slept that good since sleeping at my grandparents when I was a kid"

Room was so clean, amazing water pressure in the shower, and the front desk was so sweet and lovely!Would absolutely stay here again!

Members of our hiking club individually booked rooms several months ago for June 2023. They cancelled all of our reservations & only notified the coordinator. No one else was notified so how did they know we were part of the club? Their reason for the cancellation was that they sold the motel & it is under renovation. So far no signs of renos.

Really comforting place to stay. We stayed 8 days on a trip and forgot a few things outside they took them in to take care of them. Very clean, quiet, and spaciest! Would really recommend and affordable!
