I have purchased from this store a couple different times. They are very knowledgable, and work with you until they can see in your face you are truly happy with what you pick. Today I worked withEmma and Tara, both lovely ladies. Thank you for all your help. This was a big surprise to me and I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I left extremely happy with what we picked out.

Extremely frustrating service, associates did not respect my time. I had to come in twice to order the wedding band I wanted, the first time they told me their system was giving them an error after waiting around for about 30 minutes, & the second time I still stood around for 30 minutes+ before they figured it out.

I would like to thank and commend Tara at Spicer Fine Jewellers for making my experience efficient, seamless, and enjoyable.I was looking to purchase a unique and specific Pandora bracelet and charm that I hoped, but didn't expect them to have in stock.In an effort to limit unnecessary exposure at public locations, I called first to enquire if they had what I was looking for. Tara answered and put me on a brief hold to check their inventory. She came back on the line, described the items I was looking for, and said that they did. Thrilled, I told her I would be right there.When I arrived, the items were waiting and the transaction was fast and without issue. It was gift wrapped, and I was advised could be exchanged if it wasn't the correct size.Most excellent service. Plus I got to support a local business and avoided the shipping fees had I made the purchase at the online Pandora store.Would definitely recommend Tara and Spicer to anyone asking.

My husband to be and I went in to find our wedding rings for our big day. We did not have much time and went to do this less than 4 weeks before our wedding. My partner found a ring he loved almost immediately but I was not so easy. Sherry helped me so much. She put about 100 different options together for me to look at see what I liked. She assured me that the rings would be sized and ready before our wedding day. She was completely amazing and made sure that Will and I were happy with our choices and were going to love the jewelry we are going to wear for the rest of our lives. Every time I shop here I have a great experience. Today I had Wendy help me pick out a new Pandora bracelet for my charms. She is very knowledgeable and I ended up purchasing the perfect one. Thanks again Wendy!

DO NOT BUY PANDORA FROM SPICER! They DO NOT follow any Pandora policies with returns, exchanges or warranties. They are extremely RUDE to their customers when asked to so. I have contacted Pandora head office and Spicer has a CONTRACT that states they are to follow policies. They will not exchange online orders either and their contract states the do!

Your Sales Associate Wendy Maxwell's wonderful service helped me make a purchase today, and in fact she made my entire experience so pleasant and rewarding that I plan to visit your location again, and I hope Wendy will be there to give me the benefit of her knowledge and expertise. The attitude and ambiance was not very welcoming But they had lots of product

Older ladies working here do not have any shred of respect for customers unless they think you have money. If they don't think you're going to buy something they are very rude and dismissive, they will assume your relationship status based on age, (And a good deal of other things they are very open about their judgements). Of course once they know you're actually looking to buy, their attitude changes. I do not like supporting this shop and would rather buy directly online any day and skip over the judgmental ladies who think they're on top of the world.Honestly I was hoping that the shop was closing for good when they did their Renovation sales".If I could rate this shop 0 stars for their unprofessionalism I would as they definitely would deserve it."
