I had a terrific experience with an employee there named Darshil. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I had to transfer my old phone number to my new phone and he went above and beyond to serve me. I want to give him a tip as he was so deserving only to find out that tipping is against store policy. Keep up the great work Darshil!

Rep didn't get what I asked for and had go back to cabinet, then rang me up with a warranty I didn't ask for...that was quickly corrected. If he was new emp, other gent should have overseen the transaction.
