DR. CHRIS DE GUZMAN was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and he was great with my 2 kids encouraging them to ask questions and explained everything to them as they were adults. Kelly helped us choosing our glasses and she was amazing as well. She has been working in the field for 10 years and was very helpful in helping us find the right frames, she let us take our time and made sure we were happy with our choice. I would highly recommend Bellemore Optometry.

Ive been coming to Dr. Bellemore since I was very young. She's great! The times I've seen her associates I have been very impressed as well. Everyone makes you feel welcome, from the beginning tests to the helping you choose your glasses!

I used Dr. Bellemore for a few years and she was fine. I decided to go with someone a bit closer to home in Amherstburg just because that area of Windsor was no longer handy for me and took 6 years before going to another optometrist - I know that because Dr. Bellemore's office called every year to remind me of the time it has been since I'd last been in. Can't call them unorganized. My daughter likes Dr. Bellmore and her associates and they've done well for her recommending eye therapy and making her feel generally comfortable.

My daughter had an appointment but they called and cancelled just 5 minutes before the scheduled time when she was already there. When my daughter visited 8 months ago, they kind of pushed for contact lenses and told that they will call us when it is ready but they never called us and we forgot about that. Now they are saying it will be ready in one month. Almost time for next prescription.

Had an appointment here a few weeks ago, and saw Dr. Kadlecshe was very pleasant and patient with my kids and IMy 2 kids loved the staff and were very excited to go pick up their glasses, which were ready just a few days later.

Rude - both her and staff. Switched to Dr. Boutros at Vespa Vision in Tecumseh. MUCH better experience. Remember that you aren't 'stuck' with a bad optometrist (unlike a bad family doctor which are so hard to come by here). There are many GOOD optometrists that are happy to have you as a patient and will treat you well. Don't waste your time, energy and effort going to an eye doctor who's staff treats you badly!

They over exaggerated my problem and made me feel like I was going to go blind, also they were a tad on the judgemental side towards my eye injury rather than show concern. By the end of the appointment the main doctor really pushes the sales regarding a uv glasses, so I was made to feel like this is a place that does business rather than genuine concern.Ps. The specialist I was refered to said I'll be fine in a couple weeks. No vision problems etc

I had been going to Dr. Bellemore for some twenty-five years, and it had always been a mixed bag experience. She was very professional, thorough and pleasant. Her staff - not so much. Borderline-rude, always pushing products and indifferent or unhelpful when I ask questions. Her associates, while seemingly getting the job done, do not spend nearly as much time during an eye exam as does Dr. Bellemore, leaving me feeling like the whole thing was rushed.The needle that broke the camel's back" came after the glasses I bought from Dr. Bellmore's office in July 2017 broke while I was cleaning them. I have been going to Bellemore Optometry for over 20 years. And I have never had such rudeness and incompetent people as I've had this visit with her new staff. Her old staff was great. She had bent my glasses so much that the plastic cracked and then blames me. And then says they aren't warrantied. The only reason I bought from there was the 2yr on frames and lenses. She said that she told me they were clearance frames( she never did) and had no warranty. I was comparing 2 different frames and would have obviously picked the others if I had known. Then they ordered in new frames and wouldn't fit them to me because of the other problem with the cracked arm, that's what her boss said to do,( Dr.Bellemore). I brought my family into this place of business and recommended to friends but now I will be telling everyone not to go there anymore! I will never be back there again, not with such disregard for there patients, from both the staff and owner.If I could I would give a negative rating.
