This place is AWFUL. Save your time and skip. Go the urgent care across the street. They still haven’t sent my referral from September. Even the specialist called to find out what was going on. I don’t even know why they both trying to be a clinic if there’s NEVER a doctor available and the “Fill ins” don’t send the referral you need.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, even at 9am when they opened their doors to a queue. Waiting times were to be as expected at a walk-in clinic, and staff advised of the wait time when I arrived. The doctor was very attentive and professional, I felt that he really listened to me. The nurses were lovely and the place is really clean. I don't have an OHIP card so had to pay for my appointment... The price seemed reasonable compared to other price quotes online. I was very happy with the service.

****DO NOT GO HERE*****The front desk staff lack training. They are very rude. Very few doctors available plus one of the doctors abruptly cancelled my appointment when I was just minutes away because I could not answer my phone while driving. Normally, they had to confirm my appointment a day before but they decided to confirm about 20 minutes before the appointment. Who does that? Only at this place. And why? Because the doctor Dr Asim had not seen any patients and wanted to leave early. In Toronto, the doctor has to wait until 15 minutes if I have missed my appointment before leaving but I was early , about 7 minutes early and told they tried reaching me to confirm and so he left. I was driving. How could I answer? And this was an appointment I had booked 3 weeks early.Worst place to go.Please do not go to this clinic. They lack professionalism .Another time I was early for my appointment and the doctor was very late, about an hour late. What kind of clinic is this????

Dr. Naassan is fantastic, as is the head nurse. However, the front desk staff are incredibly rude, abrupt and seem to forget that they are dealing with people who have health concerns. There used to be some very friendly front desk staff but they left a while ago. And since then, there have been multiple people working the front desk and none have shown any aptitude for the role. And I don't know why they even bother advertising themselves as having a walk-in clinic ... it is supposed to be a daily walk-in but they never seem to be able to find a doctor to work the walk-in clinic on a regular basis. And then, when there is a doctor, you can be waiting for hours to see them. And if you dare to inquire at the front desk as to when your turn will be, the staff will be incredibly rude, impatient and snarky.I would also like to add that, as wonderful as Dr. Naassan is, she can be incredibly difficult to get an appointment with. I called to try and get an appointment for a prescription renewal over a month in advance and she was not available. (I had to go to their walk-in clinic.) I would have thought that any doctor who has patients with prescribed ongoing medications would make sure they have an appointment scheduled for that patient in advance of their prescription running out. Particularly if the doctor is taking time off in the near future!

Very difficult to book an appointment with Dr Asim. The receptionist was combative and had used a tone on me when I was just explaining that I needed an in-person appointment that was recommended by the doctor. Treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and I just wanted to book an appointment. Staff previously did not book prior follow-up appointment and had to book one myself for my children but could only do it by phone, which the doctor was wondering why we were meeting by phone because he needed to see my children. I explained that nobody called and the receptionist said if you wanted an appointment with him you have to do on call appointment. That phone call the receptionist was actually quite sweet and I'm sure she was just trying to help. But this one when I'm booking an inperson appointment she really made me furious and felt disrespected. I do not recommend families going to this clinic especially if they have little ones who need to be seen often. , I understand we live in a very stressful world right now but c'mon customer service 101!!! All she had to do is acknowledge my issue and try to resolve it or ask what I need help with. Not treat me like I have no right to book an appointment with their doctor. Also, I've been told to call one clinic and then the other clinic it is very confusing. I never had to write one of these reviews but after this phone call I was compelled to warn other clients. I have enough stress in my life. I want a clinic and doctor that is easier access and treat my family like kindness and respect.

Seeing a Doctor during the Pandemic has been a pain to say the least BUT this process was great! I called at 9:30AM, got an appointment for 1030 and that's when I was seen. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the triage nurse was fantastic. All in all a great experience.

Due to COVID panic and closures, I was having a hard time finding a doctor to see my infant for a possible ear infection. I was concerned about coming here because of all the bad reviews. Honestly, I have no idea why. The front desk, nurse, and doctor were all so nice. We didn't wait too long either. I was happy with my experience and would come back.

My greatest walk-in experience ever. Dr. Judy was really patient, respectful, and empathetic, at the same time very professional and knowledgeable. It's the first of all walk-in experiences I had when I didn't feel like I'm wasting the doctor's time when discussing my symptoms in details, and she didn't hold back talking about potential issues, what tests would tell me about them, and the details about next steps. The receptionists were also nice, when taking a phone call from me since I didn't know what to expect first time using their online appointment system. BTW the system was great too - great virtual experience!

I'd like to take a moment to appreciate Dr. Judy, all the nurses and front line workers at the MCI Doctor's Office. They are compassionate, caring, and friendly. The wait may take longer at times, but well worth it. Dr. Judy takes her time with her patients and never makes you feel rushed.Everyone there are doing the best they can during this pandemic. I thank you all for your services and hard work.

Five stars for Dr. Judy Indrakumaran. She was amazingly helpful and delivered excellent client care. I understand the doctors and nurses can be extraordinarily busy but she didn’t make the appointment feel rushed and delivered easy to understand solutions.
